THE GROUP DROVE DOWN TO THE STUDIO. gale and dewey were in the front while sidney, randy and delilah were squished in the back.
as they stepped out of the car, delilah and randy looked around. he turned to his girlfriend excitedly. "we're on the set of an actual movie, lily!"
"yeah where people were murdered." delilah said.
"yeah but if you look past that, this is pretty cool." randy said, grabbing her hand.
the couple followed behind the trio, who were more serious than them. they stopped suddenly when someone opened the door behind them.
everyone screamed as they turned and saw randy's sister. "sorry!"
"martha?" randy, sidney and delilah said at the same timeZ
"randy." martha sighed, as she walked down the stairs and hugged her brother.
the cops ran over and started a fuss with martha but dewey assured them martha was okay.
"tell me that's his ex girlfriend and i'll shoot myself." gale said to sidney and delilah.
"that's martha meeks." sidney said.
"it's randy's sister." delilah confirmed.
"randy's sister?" gale asked.
"yeah can't ya tell." dewey said. randy glared as he kept his arm around martha.
"we miss you in woodsboro guys." martha said.
"what are you doing here, marth?" randy asked his sister.
"i need an excuse to see my big brother?" martha asked. "besides i knew randy was just dying to talk about the killings and stuff."
randy nodded as they entered the trailer. they all sat down as randy started.
"the reason we're here, is so we can help you." randy said. "our life's work will help save innocent souls from being mutilated!"
"not the right words, hun." delilah said with a smile.
randy shushed her. "i'm ranting. since this killers back he's here for here for real. there's a few things that we gotta remember. is this simply another sequel? well if it's is, same rules apply. but here's the critical thing. if we find ourselves dealing with an unexpected back story..." he pointed at sidney. "the sequel rules do not apply. because we're not dealing with the sequel. we're dealing with the concluding chapter of a trilogy."
randy paused and looked at his crowd before walking over to delilah. he stood behind her and placed his hands on the back of her chair. "it's a rarity in the horror field but it does exist and it is a force to be reckoned with. because true trilogies are all about going back to the beginning and discovering something that wasn't true from the get go. godfather, jedi, all revealed something that we thought was true that wasn't true. so if it is a trilogy we're dealing with, which it most certainly is, here are some super trilogy rules. one: you gotca killer who's gonna be superhuman. stabbing him won't work, shooting him won't work. basically in the third one, you gotta chronologically freeze his head, decapitate him or blow him up." he turned to delilah. "you wanna do the honors, sweetheart?"
delilah stood up. "number two: anyone, including the main character, can die."
"this means you sid." randy spoke. "i'm sorry, it's the final chapter. it could be fucking reservoir dogs by the time this thing is through."
"can i speak now?" delilah asked. randy mimicked zipping his mouth throwing away the key. "number three: the past will come back to bite you in the ass. whatever you think you know about the past, forget it. the last is not at rest. any sins you think were commuted int the past, are about to break out and destroy you."
—
when they were done with the discussion, the group decided to leave the trailer. martha was gonna leave anyways.
sidney wrapped her arms around marth, the girl doing the same to sid. "you be careful. say hi to your folks for me."
"you be careful, too, sid." martha said. she turned to dewey. "bye dewey, come visit us soon."
"i will martha." dewey said, hugging the girl. "thank you."
martha hugged delilah. "are we getting a baby meeks soon?"
delilah chuckled. "i don't marth. maybe."
martha smiled before hugging her brother and whispering something in his ear.
"after this is over." randy said to her.
"i love you, rand." martha said. "be careful. take care of lila."
"i always do." randy said, hugging his sister again. "tell ma i said hi."
with that, martha left.
gale left them behind which didn't surprise the trio.
"i can see nothings changed." sidney said with folded arms.
"nope." dewey said shaking his head.
