Hello everyone, this story was supposed to be my English homework. But it turns out that teacher had never gave any homework about an story so I turned my homework idea into a fanfiction.
I had this idea back then when I just started joining the fandom, Instead of Jean-Clawed's pov its the cashier pov
During the time when I thought teacher gave the homework I was just reading Elena Armas's American Roommate Experience, so tinny of my writing style was inspired by Elena Armas.

Also what Jean was doing was called a fawn response
The fawn response usually occurs when a person is being attacked in some way, and they try to appease or placate their attacker to protect themselves.
Example of a fawn response is people-pleasing and prioritizing the needs of others and ignoring your own
Even tho no one was attacking Jean, he was afraid that the V6 might boycott him for not helping them, even tho it will never happen.
So yeah...
I used fawning on this story because when I rewatched Rise Of Gru, I noticed that Jean maybe fawned sometimes.
I also used to fawn a lot (I don't fawn much as I used to now), and I wanted everyone to know that you're not alone in this.
And yes, I'm doing better now if you wanted to know.
