Chapter 5: I Never Want This Night To End

Tuesday, June 6th

It was the next day and I was just getting out of the shower and I checked my phone.

Cam🩷-hey ella
Me-hey cam
Cam🩷-do you and serenity wanna come to a party tonight?
Me-yea, what time
Cam🩷-could we pick you guys up around 9:30?
Me-yea, me and serenity will have to sneak out though
Cam🩷-oh fr?
Me-yea, her grandma doesnt like us going to parties
Cam🩷-ohhh, are you sure it's okay?
Me-yessss! it will be fine
Cam🩷- okay, cant wait to see you pretty girl

I tell Serenity and she agreed. It was noon now, so we had awhile before we had to leave. I go and grab a snack to eat as I'm thinking of an outfit for tonight. Me and Serenity just hung out at the house today being lazy.

It's now 9 and we start to get ready. I put a pink tight cropped tank top on and some jean shorts and put my white converses on. Serenity is wearing a white shirt with jean shorts and her white converses.

They get here at 9:20 and me and Serenity sneak outside. We get in the car, and this time Cam's driving and Carson is in the back. I get in the passenger side and Cam says "You look amazing, Ella," as he rests his hand on my thigh. I smiled at him and rested my hand on top of his. "Where's this party?" Serenity asked, "Just like 10, 15ish minutes that way. It's at a family friend's house, the kids are throwing the party, they're our age." Carson explained. Cam turned up the radio and he started driving.

We get to the party and there's a big fire in the back yard and a bunch of people. We all get out of the car and walk up to all the other people, Cam grabbed my hand so we wouldn't lose each other in the crowd. Once we got to an open spot he asked if I wanted a drink, I said yes and he went and got us drinks. I had no clue where Carson and Serenity are, we must've lost them in the crowd. "Here you go Ella," Cam said as he handed me a drink, "Thank you." I said.

About an hour later me and Cam were drunk, but not crazy drunk. "Hey, Ella. Come here." Cam said. I scooted closer to him and flirted, "Yes Cam?" He looked at me with his beautiful eyes. "You smell really nice, like strawberries." he complimented me. "And you smell like beer," I laughed, "and you smell really good. I've been thinking that for the past few days." he smiled at me, we stared at each other for awhile, I really thought we were going to kiss.

It was now 12 in the morning, me and Cam were in an open grassy area and we had a blanket laid out for us. "So you just keep a blanket in your back pocket at all times?" I jokingly asked Cam, "Yea, you never know," he laughed, "no, it's Carson's car, and Carson's blanket, I don't know why he had it." He said as he reached out his hand to take mine.

We're laying on the blanket, cuddled up with each other, and he looks at me, tucks my hair behind my ear, and leans in to kiss me. I kiss him back. Wow, he is such a good kisser. "You're a really good kisser." Cam said as he stopped kissing me. "You are too," I replied as I moved on top of him. I lean down to kiss him some more, and he then take his shirt off. I lean down to kiss him again. I stop kissing him and leaned down to his ear to whisper something.

*RING* *RING* *RING* I answered my phone, "Hello?" I asked confused, "Hey, what are you doing?" my brother asked, "Hold on." I said into the phone. I looked at Cam and said, "It's my brother, hold on." "What do you want?" I say back into the phone. We called for about one more minute.

"Sorry about that." I said to Cam "It's all good." Cam said. I rested my head onto Cam's shoulder and kissed his naked skin. He wrapped his arms around me to keep me warm and we laid there, talking and cuddling. "Ella, can I ask you something?" Cam said in a serious tone, "Yea," I said back looking at him concerned, "Do you see us going anywhere in a real relationship?" he asked, I rested my hand on his check, "Yes. I really do." I assured him, "because I really like you." Cam said, "I really like you too," I said before kissing him.

About an hour later we went to find Serenity and Carson. Cam ended up calling Carson and he said they were in the car. We walk up to car and see Carson and Serenity in the back seat together. Cam gets in the diver side and I get in the passenger side. "Were you guys in here the whole time?" I look at Serenity and asked, "No. We got in here about an hour ago." she answered. I looked down and saw Carson's hands on Serenity's thighs and look at Serenity and smiled.

"I never want this night to end." Cam said looking at me, "Then let's not let it end." Carson said as he turned to look at us. "What are we going to do this late?" Cam questioned , "Well, we can go out for breakfast." Carson answered. "Yea!" Serenity agreed, "We can drop them off at their house and go home and get some sleep then pick them up around 8 or 9 and go get breakfast." Carson explained. "Okay." Cam agreed. We got home and snuck back inside and fell right asleep.
