It's been three weeks since Jinshi and I's quarrel and we seem to be on good terms surprisingly. He's been mostly professional and polite unlike before. Which of course is my doing— for him and I have a secret that not even Gaoshun knows.

After a long days work, I'm finally granted a chance to relax after prepping and serving dinner. I feed myself then decide it's a perfect night for a hot bath at the bathhouse. I gather up the essentials including my (f/scent) body soap and (f/c) bath towel. Right as I open my door to my room, I'm greeted to the usual tall, skinny man.

He looks me up and down, taking in what I look like outside of my usual uniform as I wear my sleep clothes of a v-neck shirt and pants for the cold night. My (h/c) hair is also down which is typically kept pinned up for work. His eyes stay glued to me. He shakes his head and gives me a smile.

"Bathhouse I presume?"

I nod then offer him a bow to excuse myself, but his long arm blocks my path. I bring my attention to him, cocking my heading to the side in question.

His cheeks are a light pink, perhaps from the cold weather. "The bath house is rather full this evening, so I grant you permission to use my own personal bath. It's quite an honor really." He crosses his arms and congratulates himself for his 'oh so valiant efforts' in helping those inferior to him. How would he even know if the woman's bath house was full in the first place? Why is he standing outside my living quarters? Too many questions, and not enough answers.

Although, bathing in a high quality bath is most definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity, who am I to turn down such an offer?

I sigh reluctantly and agreed. He jumps up in down in joy with him grabbing my hand and dragging me off.

He takes me to his room which is decorated in a royal red color and gold highlights for the rug and decor, though the gawking was short lived when he pulls me to an outside patio.

I hold myself tightly, rubbing my shoulders. "Uhm, Jinshi, it's kind of freezing cold out here."

"Not for long." He pulls back a panel on the wooden floor to reveal a decent sized in ground hot springs lined with stones and rock. The bath was already steaming hot which excited me to the point of almost jumping in. In the corner was the showering area to clean yourself before relaxing in the bath. The issue: Jinshi is still here and there's no way I'm getting nude in front of him. He catches on and he blushes like he didn't think this far ahead when he had made the offer.
