Chapter 8

Chapter 8:

It was already four days ago that I went shopping with Liam and Ev her date had with Ryan. Today we were heading back to the States, we were still in Stratford and we had an amazing time. It was really nice to get to know my family better they were all really kind and it already felt like home when I was with them. We were now at the airport saying goodbye to all our family except for my dad, Jazmyn and Jaxon who were coming with us to LA. I was really looking forward to tonight. If everything went right then would Justin take Liam out to a pub tonight and I would pick Danielle from the airport. After calling a lot of people I made it possible to get Danielle free for five days so she could visit us and of course visit her boyfriend  here in the States. I was really excited to meet her, I just can’t wait to see her and get to know her better.

“Bye grandma and granddad, it was really nice to meet you! I hope I see you soon again.” I said and hugged them both, they felt already like my grandma and granddad they treated me like they knew me for years, it felt amazing.

“It was nice to meet you too darling! We’ll visit LA soon.” My grandma said and gave me another hug.

“C’mon Jen we need to go!” Justin said walked towards the plane.

“Bye everybody! It was a pleasure to meet you all!” I said and walked away, I turned around one last time just before walking into the plane and waved at everybody who was saying goodbye to us. When I walked in I saw Evelyn sitting on her own in the corner of the plane, I didn’t talk to her much the last days I didn’t even know how her date went with Ryan, well this was the time to ask I thought.

“Hi Ev, can I sit here?” I asked while pointing on the chair next to her.

“Yeah sure.” She said and looked back out of the window, there was something wrong with her but I didn’t know what. Let’s find out then I guess.

“What’s wrong Ev?” I asked and sat down.

“Nothing.” She said and

“I know you longer then today Ev, I know that look something is brothering you, please tell me you can trust me, you know that right?” I ask. Was that a tear streaming down her cheek?

“It’s just that… I don’t know… I just…” she answered after a couple of minutes.

“It’s Ryan, isn’t it?” I asked

“Yeah, I had the best date of my life with him and it feels all so right with him but I don’t know what we are right now, I mean he didn’t ask me to be his girlfriend officially but he keeps calling me ‘babe’ and ‘love’ and things like that so I just want to know what we are before we go but I’m too late, we are already on our way back to LA.” She said and looked at me with red puffy eyes. So that’s what’s wrong with her…

“Uhm I’ll be right back.” I said and stood up walking toward the empty chair next to Justin. “Hi bro, uhm… did you talk to Ryan after his date with Evelyn?” I asked and sat down next to him.
