You just finished shopping for cake ingredients. It was your boyfriends birthday after all. You wanted to do something special so you decided to make him a (favourite flavour) since you liked it best and Kise would agree on whatever you do. [A/N: Thats really cute tbh]
Kise was currently at modelling at his company. You have always supported his job and you have every single photo album of him. Thats how much you loved him.
You baked the cake and decorated it. You also made some cookies because they looked cute. After a few hours you boyfriend came home totally exhausted from work.
"(Your name)cchi~~~ Its my birthday today-ssu" Kise smiled and ran around the house looking for you. When he found you, you were sleeping on the couch. He kissed you on the forehead and took a shower.
When Kise finished showering he realised you were awake. There was a cake set on the table and cookies surrounding it.
"Hapyy birthday Ryota!" You smiled and wrapped you arms around his neck. Kise bent down and kissed you. The kiss was passionate and cute. You pulled away and told Kise to taste the cake.
Kise smiled at all the effort you took to make him a special birthday cake. The two of you ate the whole cake until it was gone. You were about to grab a cookie until Kise pulled your chin so you were directly looking into his eyes.
Your idiotic boyfriend pulled you in closer and licked off some of the icing the was stuck to the side of your lip.
"Ryota-" Kise pulled you in and shoved the icing into your mouth.
"How does it taste?"
You completely ignored the question and just hugged your boyfriend. You thought that what just happened was really cute.
"L-lets watch a movie, b-baka." The two of you spent the night watching a romantic comedy and cuddling. You fell asleep half way through the movie.
Kise sighed as he turned everything off and bridal-style carried you back to your room. He placed you on the bed and lay next to you.
"Thanks for eveything, (Your name)cchi-ssu"
