Just Wait (Takao Kazunari)

Your boyfriend, Takao, recently moved out of (Country of Choice) to Japan. Since the timezones were so different, it was quite difficult for the two of you to interact.

You guys often talk on Skype and such but you couldn't message/call for long since either of you had to go to sleep and prepare for the following day.

Today was just like any other day, as soon as you got home from school, you did your homework so that after you finished and had dinner, Takao would be awake.

You continued doing your routine until you got an unexpected knock at the door. Curious, you went to answer the door.

To you're surprise you saw a mailman. He was holding a large cardboard box that was addressed to you and a small letter with the envelope covered in (Favourite Animal/Food) drawings.

You thanked the man and rushed inside to see what it was, and most importantly, who it was from. You took the card and immediately read it to yourself.

Dear (Your Name),

How are you today? I'm doing fine, but by the time this reaches you, I might be having a breakdown. I'm sorry (Your Name), but I can't continue on like this. It just, doesn't feel right. I still love you with all my heart but... I just can't I'm sorry.

After you read this, please don't call me anymore. Lets just forget about each other.

But if there ever comes a day where we meet again, I will take that chance and fall in love with you all over again. For now, I am sorry. There's nothing much I can do.

You burst into tears as you read the letter. "Kazu..." You croaked in between your heavy breaths. You honestly loved him so much. How did your relationship become like this?

Love can be so deceiving.

You hesitantly unwrapped the box to see what was inside. Much to your surprise, it was a few gifts that any normal boyfriend would give to their girlfriends. Attached to the box there was a note reading 'these will be my last gifts to you, I hope you enjoy them.'

You took the gifts out and stared at them, there was a girl bear, a boy bear and a baby bear.

You cried even more. Why couldn't you and Takao be a happy family like the bears? Why? Why?

Fate can be so cruel... Thats why.

A week had passed since the incident occurred and you had been shut-in ever since. You haven't eaten or spoken to anyone.

Your parents began to get worried about you. And since, Takao wasn't around anymore, they didn't know what to do. Of course, the couple never knew that the raven head WAS the cause of you becoming shut-in.

You honestly never felt so shitty in your life. You honestly thought Takao was going to be yours forever. You honestly thought that your time with your EX-boyfriend was the best times ever.

Honesty is such a lie.

A few months have passed, and although you began eating, going out and doing everyday things, it still wasn't enough.

You didn't have the affection for anyone anymore. After the raven exited your life, you became cold towards others and didn't show much care or emotion towards anything anymore.

What you didn't know was that Takao was currently working his butt off in Japan so that he can get you a ticket to his place as well. He still had the feelings for you and had never forgotten anything about you. Not your wondrous smile, caring personality or melodious voice.
