"Hope come on, we don't have all day." I said at the bottom of her stairs, seriously she talk ages, we are going to the theatre, it's going to be dark, no one is going to see her, she doesn't need to put a bunch of shit on her face.

I got out my phone to see if Cassidy has rang or texted me, I think I ruined our friendship, I shouldn't have kissed her but it was right in that moment, what am I thinking, I have Hope, she might be a pain but I love her.

"What do you think?" Hope asked when's he walked down the stairs, all she was wearing is this crop top and skinny jeans with her white sneakers and hair in a ponytail.

"Beautiful as always, now come on we are going to miss the movie." I said dragging her out of the house and to my car. Once we got in I put the radio on and we was ready to go.

"That movie was the best." Hope said holding on to me like I was going to do a runner, sometimes I wish I could.

"Yeah, it was great, can you let go of my arm, I am losing blood in it, I'm not going to do a runner." She let go and gave me an sorry look. We walked to the car and got in. "My house or yours?" I asked turning on the engine, Hope put the radio on.

"Yours." I smiled and drove off.

"I'm not cheating." I said or more like shouting my head off, I was messaging Cassidy, to see if we are alright and Hope being Hope thinks I am cheating on her.

"Then why are you talking to her like that, you have texted her more than me, I'm your girlfriends Kaiden." Hope shouted nearly throwing my phone across the room.

"Because I spend all my time with you, literally, every second of the day, I am by your side, that why I don't message you," I shouted back walking and grabbing my phone of her before she breaks it.

"I'm not finished with that." Hope screamed.

"I don't want another broken phone from you." I screamed back, walking out of the room, and out of the door, hope following me.

"What does that mean?" Hope screamed questioning me. I turned around and looked at her, I felt bad that I was making her cry but she has no right to think that me and Cassidy are cheating.

"You broke my other phone when you though I was cheating on you with Charlotte." I screamed and turned and carried on walking past my car.

"Because you were close." She said almost catching up with me.

"We are mates," I said looking at her, stopping.

"I'm sorry come on let's go back and watch Netflix and forget this fight." She said trying to get the topic to change, I wasn't having it this time, all the time, when we get in a fight she turns around at changes the topic. Think I will leave it.

"No, I'm going to sort something out." I started to run, to Cassidy, I want her as my friend, no matter what happens.

I got to her door and knocked, I had to wait a minute, time to think of what I am going to say, the door was opening slowly. "What do you want, leave me alone, go back to hope." She said when she saw me on the other side of the door, I knew she couldn't be arsed but I was.

"Please, I need to talk to you, I don't want anything to be awkward between you and me, can still be mates, right?" I said rushing.

"Message me later, having a family lunch." I could tell she was giving up on me, I smiled and hugged her, we might have a chance of being friends again. "Hope is behind us, across the street, anger." She whispered in my ear, not wanting to part from the hug.

She let go off me and we parted, she closed the door and I turned around, Hope walking towards me, angry and sad and all the other emotions, I walked and ignored her, I carried on back to my house, I can't be arsed with her.

"Kaiden, stop, I'm sorry for excusing you, I love you." She said when I walked past her.

"I love you but stop being a fucking bitch." I said back not looking towards her.

"Don't do that, I have to call my brother, I promised him." Hope had my phone in her hand, she was, I knew she was, going to throw it across the room to hit in the wall, she is a psycho, why am I with her, I don't even know anymore. "Let go of my phone." I shouted.

"You not messaging your brother, it Cassidy, you are messaging her." She screamed, my mum came into my room, just as she threw my phone at the wall, I bounced off and onto the floor, smashed to pieces, no phone, great.

"Get the fuck out hope, we are fucking done, done ever come here or near me." I screamed, she has done it, I can't cope with her anymore.

"No, I'm sorry I didn't mean to, don't do this, I love you, another chance." Trying to flirt her way through this, no not this time. "Please."

"No, fuck off, get your stuff and get the fuck away from me." I screamed this time my dad walked through the door.

"I'm sorry, don't." Mum and dad watched on while I threw her bag with clothes in it to her, she cried running out.

"We can talk when your not such a psychotic bitch." I shouted before she closed the door. It feels like a massive, no gigantic weight has been lifted.

"So you two done?" Dad asked standing next to me.

"Yep, no more of phone breaking and shit." I laughed. "How am I going to make it up to Cassidy now, I don't have a phone, I promised her I'll call right now." I looked at my dad, he gives in easily.

"I'll get one tomorrow, I'll go get the phone fixed." He patted me on the back and went downstairs.

"I never liked her." Mum said walking behind me then down the stairs. I laughed walking into my room and picking the fucked up phone and placing it on my desk, I hope Cassidy will understand.

"Thanks, so much." I hugged dad when he walked back into the house handing me the phone. Right text Cassidy.

Me: sorry Hope smashed my phone here look.

Me: mates again, no one holding us back.
Cassidy: me and Charlotte and Ricki are going to this beach out of town near Oakland, want to come?
Kaiden: I'll come to your house in 20.
Cassidy: see you then.
Me: bye

"So you two on good terms then?" Charlotte said when we walked out of the car meeting her and Ricki.

"Yeah, Hope is gone for good, no more of her crazy shit." I said taking Cassidy's bag and we started to walked to the beach.

"Good no one liked her, seriously what did you see in her, her arse." Charlotte said laughing Ricki ran to our spot and laughed. He is so mad, literally.

"That and her eyes." I looked at Cassidy, she laughed, seriously why do I feel something more, stop, you have just got her back as a mate, we don't need to do the crappy stuff, stay mates.

"Yeah, didn't see they psychotic things." Ricki said when we sat down, I handed Cassidy back her bag and she smiled, I like her smiling, at least I am doing things right this time.

"Right, no talking of Hope or a thing to do with relationships that was bad for us. New beginnings, that's that." Charlotte said getting beers out of the bag. "Cass want one."

"Designated driver." Cassidy handed Charlotte the beer back to her, I took it out of her hand and I started to drink it.

"Only one." I said smiling to them. This is better than spending the day with Hope I will finally laugh. Cassidy does that to me.
