A galaxy apart

I think i did it, i travelled worlds away from them. That awful planet will never see me again, yes i did it. Planet 003, Earth.

I have been stuck on Planet Andoria for 16 years, it is a place of torture and war. I've wanted to escape since i can remember but today I have succeeded. No more worrying about whether my father, King Mercury, will punish me for any action, I have to worry about
something else.

Finding my sister.

Planet 003 is weird, none of these 'earthlings' have marks under their eyes to determine their status, like my upper class diamonds and moon.

I wonder when I will find Xena, i have been walking for what feels like forever and the sky has began to change color. It has become a similar color to the Cosmic River at home, dark and gloomy with hints of magnificent stars.

Oh wait, this is my home now.

I've been walking for three hours, there isn't any sign of the sky illuminating so i decide to rest in a large forest just away from the chaos of 003.

I hope I can wake tomorrow and find Xena, she's all i have now.

I woke up, 7:02am, just enough time to get ready for school. I got out of bed, put my pre planned outfit on and headed towards the bathroom.

I could hear snores and mumbles coming from my mothers room, that seemed to be the only way I knew her liver hadn't failed her from all the drinking yet.

I silently opened the bathroom door, i wasn't planning on waking the beast.

I got myself washed up and did my makeup, i was running low in everything. Maybe it's time for a part time job i thought to myself.

I heard her bed creak from inside the bathroom and she slumped downstairs, my plan to leave without her seeing failed i see.
I'm not saying goodbye, honestly think i'm invisible to her. Another repetitive day until one day it'll all be over for me, sooner or later

I awoke from my slumber, the sky was brighter than a supernova and it meant i had places to be. I pulled myself together and set off on my never ending journey of 'Finding Xena'.

I seemed to have been walking for 35 minutes when i heard someone yelling and running towards me, they look quite threatening so i kept my head down and continued walking.

I turned down a slim alleyway to lose them, and it worked by at a cost. As i was walking I bumped into another earthling, but this one was different. I couldn't help but stare, she had a peculiar look to her but in a good way, it sparked something in me.

I think i stared for a good minute or two, because she started clicking and shouting in my face.

"Hey?! Can you move please and stop staring i'm going to be late" i shouted, clicking at his face.

I don't know who this guy is, but he's sure stares an awful lot. He had teal hair and tiny little diamonds and a moon under his eyes. He was young, maybe even my age? Very pale too, not extremely human like.

I wanted to ask so many questions and i would've if he was blankly observing me, head to toe.

"Are you going to move?" i exclaimed, this time i poked him.

See? i can ask questions.

That made him snap out of it,
"Sorry" , he said shaking his head.
"Who are you?" i questioned, this town isn't very big, i know everyone even if they don't know me yet.

"Maxus", the starry boy smiled, it was cute.
"Right, are you new round here? I assume your going Redcrest High School" I said, gesturing to the building just down the alleyway.

He was staring again

"Hm? Oh, um.." he hummed for a second "Uh, yes?"
"You don't sound too sure but" I paused, he was a bit strange but i'm not as mean as everyone thinks so, "Look come on, i'll take you there and get you signed up" i signed and grabbed his wrist dragging him towards the building.
