The first Jedi of Earth

Chapter 31: The Death of Ron Weasley.

Pre-Chapter information: The second invasion of Earth has begun with Darth Desolous, leading an army of Terminators and Civilian "volunteers" to Earth The Military forces of Earth are leading a Extremely violent defence of their home planet and have responded to Darth Voldemort's delectation of war by telling him that he and his followers will be wiped from the face of the galaxy should he go through with his plans to attack Earth, meanwhile Harry, Hermione and Ron have found and destroyed two more of Voldemort's Horcrux's the Crown of Ravenclaw and the Ring of Voldemort's mother leaving only two Horcrux's left Hufflepuff's cup and Voldemort's Lightsaber with Ron and a squad of Order of the Phoenix members, with soldiers from Niall's special forces on board the Valiant assisting Ron in the search for the last reachable Horcrux's before Harry has too confront Voldemort himself.

General POV:

The space battle of the Sol System is an extremely violent battle with the Navy's of Earth, The Chiss Ascendancy's Navy, The navy of the Turians and Krogan Navy are fighting against the enormous Navy of Voldemort's army meanwhile on the ground the army's of Zuklu have managed to brake into the atmosphere of the earth are heading right for Hogwarts with Niall and his squadron of X-Wing on as the hunter Squadron are heading chasing down the shuttle's of Zuklu's military but unknown to Niall a new type of Battle Droid is on board the of the shuttle's with Draco Malfoy in the lead shuttle Niall is diving and ducking his X-Wing use all the years of experience fighting in the Clone Wars and the Collector Wars as a Jedi General and a talented fighter pilot shooting down as many shuttle's and fighters as possible But before Niall can reach Draco Malfoy's shuttle he is informed by his second in command that the his squadron are being overrun and need back up so Niall decides to fire a tracking device on broad Draco Malfoy's shuttle and leaves to rescue his Squadron before they get killed.

3 hours After the fighter battle has been won by the Alliance military:

Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny and Liara arrive at Gringotts wizarding bank in Diogon alley It takes them a few hours to locate Voldemort's final reachable Horcrux and they ultimately end up getting it the Cup of Helga Hufflepuff and as they come to leave they are confronted by a Platoon mix of Death Eaters, Terminators and Zukluan Civilian "volunteer's" Military forces with Bellatrix Lestrange/Darth Skara She was order by Voldemort to capture the Jedi and Harry Potter especially Alive if possible with no way out for all of them and Ginny Weasley having being shot in the leg by a Terminator Ron decides to stay behind and free's the Dragon in the main chamber that protects the Vaults with Liara taking a very reluctant Hermione, Harry and Ginny away and to safety along with Voldemort's last reachable Horcrux.

After being delivered to Malfoy Manor, Ron Weasley was reunited with his old school rival and enemy Draco Malfoy and Draco began to torture Ron none stop for two weeks with out stopping to give Ron a break because Voldemort wanted his Horcrux back but by now it was destroyed and Draco wants to kill Harry Potter himself and wants Harry too suffer before he kills him and he knows that Ron's torture is tearing both Harry and Hermione apart because they want to rescue their friend.

When Voldemort's spy within Hogwarts informs him that Harry has destroyed Hufflepuff's cup, he decides to up the stakes of this war and send a message to Potter that he won't go down without Harry losing himself to the Dark Side of the Force by Promising to execute Ron Weasley if Harry doesn't surrender for his own execution in Ron's place but Voldemort plans to kill both of them because his rage has now fully taken over him and wants to end this now.

Harry and Hermione are arriving in secret at Malfoy Manor because they lied about where he would surrender he told them that he would surrender where Niall found him during the Clone Wars at Number 4 Privet Drive but waiting for Voldemort would be an ambush with every member of the Jedi Council of the new Jedi Order waiting in ambush for Voldemort along with Commander Rex and his platoon of elite Soldiers from General Jane Shepherd's task force laying in wait but unknown to Harry and Hermione is Darth Desolous/Draco Malfoy is waiting for them.

Harry and Hermione are horrified at the state they find their best friend Ron Weasley in he has multiple cuts and burns on his face and body several broken bones, is missing his right eye and his left arm below his elbow is also missing with Draco Malfoy standing behind him with his Crimson Lightsaber turned on in Draco's cybernetic right hand and his left hand is holding Ron in a force Choke, Draco informs Harry and Hermione that the person he once was is dead and gone and now only Darth Desolous remains and he promises Harry that he will kill him but not before he makes him suffer first even though Desolous was order to leave Harry to Voldemort by Voldemort himself Draco wants Harry too died by his hand and then draco does the unthinkable he plunged his Crimson Lightsaber in the heart of Ron Weasley then Apprated away from Malfoy Manor and order the Security team here to attack am emotional Harry and Hermione.

Harry and Hermione, after defeating the Terminators and Zukluan Civilian Military forces, would rush to Ron's side, but it was already too late, Ron Weasley was dead both Harry and Hermione would hold their best friend in their arm's and both would break down in tears but in Harry's mind Draco Malfoy no Darth Desolous will die by his hands and he will hunt him down to the ends of the Galaxy if he has too.
