005 - YOU'RE NOT GONNA LEAVE ANYMORE, RIGHT?

HAMIN opened his eyes, feeling the pain of the scorching sun touching his bare skin. He turned his head to his left, but then his eyes widened as he sat down on the bed. He looked around the room, there was no traces of her.

"Urgh ..." he groaned as he wiped up his face with his hands.

SOOA on the other hand was waiting for the subway to come. She was so lost in thoughts that she already missed her train for a few times. She looked down to her leg. Then, she remembered how she throw herself to Hamin at the alley.

She sighed as she touched her forehead. Then, she realized that she was wearing Hamin's ring.

"Uh?"

"Take off your ring,"

"Does it bother you?" Hamin looked at her with a smile on his face, "I'll take it off. It's not a big deal,"

SooA looked at Hamin as he walked. Hamin smiled, "Really,"

She looked at the ring and once again she missed her train. Then, she quickly ran back to the motel that she spend the night with him.

"You came to the reunion because of me,"
"You have no much reasons to actually attend the reunion,"
"You were looking at me the entire time when you were drinking,"
"Apart from growing your hair longer, you are still the same Han SooA like you are. You haven't change a single thing,"

All of the memories from school up until last night played in her head as she ran. Hamin words last night were playing in her head non-stop like it's on loop. She was running as fast as she can, not worrying about how her lungs gonna react. She just need to see him as fast as she can.

She stopped as she arrived in front of the motel that they were spending the night together. Panting, catching for her breath. She looked down to her leg, clenching her fist. It's ... Why did I-

"Han SooA!"

SooA lifted her head, to the view of Hamin looking at her with a wide smile on his face.

"I thought you're gone for good!" Hamin said as he ran towards her.

SooA looked at Hamin running, "R-ring... I want to give y-umph!"

SooA was shocked when Hamin hugged her tight. He was hugging her tightly as if he never ever wanted to let her go. SooA's eyes were teary when she hugged him back, tightly. Just like how he did. Hamin smiled as he landed a peck of kiss on SooA's forehead.

"That ring ... is just for looks ..."

HAMIN looked at SooA as she was sleeping. He tucked her messy hair covering her face right behind her ear and smiled. Then, he looked at the ring that had been bothering SooA that night, taking it from the side table and slide it on SooA's ring finger.
