Niki knew it was a horrible idea to play outside with his hyungs when he wasn't feeling good, but they were too happy about playing in the snow. He didn't want to ruin that.
The next morning, he woke up worse than he was yesterday. He was hot, tired, achy, nauseous, and a headache to top it off. A few minutes later, he heard footsteps coming to the room. Whoever it was, Niki hoped they wouldn't mess with him. However, much to his dismay, Jay has walked in to wake him up for breakfast.
"Time to get up, Niki"Jay said.
"Ok"Niki replied, getting out of bed.
Getting out of bed was a horrible idea, because Niki suddenly felt even more nauseous and ran to the bathroom. When he dropped in front of the toilet, Jay started rubbing his back to comfort him. After a few minutes, he was done and curled up into Jay's arms.
"Let's rinse out your mouth Niki, ok? You can go back to bed after"Jay said.
After Jay had helped Niki rinsed his mouth, he carried him to the bedroom and laid him down. He left and got some medicine and water. When he got back to the room, he saw Niki sleeping, or at least he thought he was since he had his eyes closed.
"Niki, wake up so you can take this medicine"Jay said, softly stroking Niki's cheek.
"No..want sleep, hyung.."Niki mumbled.
Jay sighed. "I know, but please take this medicine so you can feel better"
After taking the medicine, Niki laid back down, just wanting to sleep. Since Jay didn't want to leave Niki alone, he got into bed with Niki, eventually falling asleep.
A few hours later, Niki woke up and felt like getting sick. So, he got up and ran to the bathroom. Jay then woke up, and looked around confused, until he heard Niki in the bathroom getting sick. He ran to the bathroom and immediately started rubbing Niki's back again to comfort him. When Niki was done after a couple minutes, Jay helped rinse out his mouth again, and carried him back to the room.
After laying Niki down again, Jay left to get some painkillers. Once he came back, he helped Niki take them and laid in bed with home once again.
The next morning, Niki woke up not feeling sick anymore, but his body felt too weak. Jay had woken up shortly after and saw that Niki was awake.
"Niki? Are you ok? How are you feeling?"Jay asked, worried.
"I'm ok, hyung. I just feel weak. Thank you for taking care of me"Niki said.
Jay smiled and hugged Niki. "That's what hyungs are for. Want some toast?'
Niki nodded. "Yeah"
Jay left and Niki sat there, feeling very thankful he had a caring hyung like Jay.
