Jay opened his eyes, trying to figure out what woke him up. After a minute, he heard retching, followed by sniffles. Worried, he's out of bed in an instant and rushes down the hall. When he arrived at the bathroom, he pushed opened the cracked door and saw Niki. Niki was on the bathroom floor, curled up and crying.
"Niki?"Jay asked, kneeling down.
Niki slowly looked up. "My stomach hurts.."
After flushing the toilet, Jay helped Niki up. "I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Do you think you can brush your teeth?".
Niki nodded. "Yeah"
Of course, he helped Niki brush his teeth, and after they finished, Jay hugged him.
"I need to check your tempature. Do you want to lay back down on your bed, or on the couch?"Jay asked.
"Couch..I want to watch TV for a bit.."Niki mumbled, into Jay's chest.
Jay helped Niki onto the couch, and walks away to go find the thermometer. He soon found it, and then grabs some water, before walking back over to Niki.
After Jay took Niki's temperature, he handed Niki the water.
"Don't drink too much"Jay said.
While Niki drank his water, he goes search for his phone. He soon found it on his dresser, and sent a text to Heeseung, who was still at the studio working on something.
'I woke up to Niki throwing up. He says his stomach hurts. I checked his temperature, and it's 101.2. It's probably just a stomach bug. The rest of the members are still asleep.'
Of course, Heeseung called him and he was met with Heeseung's worried face.
'Where is he?' (Heeseung)
'On the couch watching TV. I gave him some water.' (Jay)
'Good. There's some medicine in the bathroom, and make sure to keep him hydrated.' (Heeseung)
'Will do' (Jay)
'Let me say hi before I hang up' (Heeseung)
'Ok' (Jay)
Jay handed the phone to Niki, and left to go look for the medicine Heeseung mentioned. After grabbing the medicine, he walked back to the living room.
"Heeseung hyung wants to talk to you"Niki said, handing Jay's phone back.
Jay smiled, and took his phone back.
'Hey' (Jay)
'Hey. I think you're right about his stomach bug. I'm pretty sure he had it before. So, just make sure to give him medicine, and plenty of water' (Heeseung)
'Will do' (Jay)
'I gotta go. Let me know if anything changes. Love you.' (Heeseung)
'Love you too, hyung' (Jay)
The call ended, so sat down beside Niki. "I wish you weren't feeling bad. I would take this sickness in an instant"
"I don't want you feeling bad too, hyung"Niki said.
"Right. Do you need anything else?"Jay asked.
Niki looked at him, with a small hopeful smile. "Ice-cream?"
Jay chuckled. "Ice-cream? I thought you were feeling cold?"
"I'm not feeling as cold. Plus, Ice-cream always make people feel better"Niki said.
"Alright, fine. One scoop thought"Jay replied, standing up.
"Two scoops!"Niki exclaimed.
After getting Niki his Ice-cream, Jay walked back over to Niki and handed him the bowl. When his bowl was halfway done, Heeseung walked in.
"How is he?"Heeseung asked.
"Better. He hasn't thrown up again, and his fever went down"Jay said.
Heeseung looked over at Niki, and chuckled. "So you gave him Ice-cream?"
Jay smiled. "Yes. I couldn't resist the look he gave me"
They talked for a few minutes, until Niki spoke up from the living room. "Jay hyung!"
The two of them chuckled and walked to the living room.
Once Niki realized Heeseung was there too, he smiled. "Heeseung hyung!"
"Hey, how are you feeling?"Heeseung asked.
"Better. I got some Ice-cream. Doctors should try it to make people feel better"Niki said, still smiling.
Heeseung chuckled. "Maybe"
The three of them talked for a few minutes, until Heeseung decided it was time for bed again.
"Alright. Let's try to get some more sleep. It's 1 in the morning."Heeseung said.
"Can I sleep with you?"Niki asked.
Heesung smiled. "Of course"
After saying goodnight to Jay, Heeseung and Niki walked up to Heeseung's room. They laid down and curled up next to each other, soon falling asleep.
