It was always a challenge to wake Isaac Lahey up.

"Isaac," you hummed, trying to wake the said boy up.

Since it was a Saturday, it would be an errand day for the both of you as well as doing some extracurricular activities in school since your grades would need a little more push for you to really pass.

Ruffling his hair, you kissed his temple and looked at him thinking that he already has his eyes open but only to see the opposite of it. He was still asleep-deep in sleep as a matter of fact. You tried waking him up again, this time, shaking his shoulder thinking that it would actually wake him, but only ending up with the same result of him still asleep.

Pulling the blanket that was wrapped around his waist off of him, you pulled on his leg trying to get him off of the bed-not really caring if he fell off of it-just to wake him.

"Isaac," you grumbled, still pulling on the leg of his. "Wake up!"

You suddenly heard Isaac grumble and turn to the other side, away from you which made you scoff and flop down on the bed thinking of another way. After multiple fruitless efforts, you end up grabbing Isaac's face, getting up really close, and loudly singing, "YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE, MY ONLY SUNSHINE," all the while smacking him with your pillow then jumping on the bed and getting up real close to him again singing more loudly this time.

"Goooood morning, dear!" You shouted after finishing one verse, jumping off the bed and shaking his shoulder hard.

"Fuck you and everything you stand for," Isaac suddenly growled, turning to the other side of the bed for the second time, while he takes his own pillow and pull it over his head, trying to block you out.

"Oh wolf up and deal with it, Lahey." You chuckled.
