Chapter One

Emily's Pov -

" Emily you now have a legal guardian who will take care of you in Virginia till you are 18 and able to live and obtain yourself . " The judge said and I sighed in grief. I was 16 and a junior in high school, why couldn't they just leave me in peace already ? I saw my Aunty jump in joy as she got the rights of me.

" Arent you excited honey ! " She smiled and hugged me. She was my favorite Aunty, Aunt Kat . She was a young women who has men come out of her bedroom like it was McDonald's . I just hated the fact that I had to move to Virginia. Starting a new reputation in high school would be such a struggle but I just didn't give a crap anymore.

I went home and packed up my stuff . I looked around my room as the lavender color was painted on the dry wall, and my parents ashs were in their bed room right on their bed . Yes, my parents died when I was 8 years old and since then all my aunties and uncles were trying to get custody of me as my mom guys had lots of money. Although j was happy with my aunt Kat because she still likes to live her life and not sit around eating popcorn while watching soap operas .

Matts Pov -

I smelled the fresh air as I opened my room window. It was strange since my neighbor hasn't come back home in a week. It's weird that a 34 year old women lives alone by herself with 3 rooms and a huge back yard .

" Matt ! " I heard my sister scream from my room . I grunted as I didn't want to get out of my room .

" What ? " I peeked out of my room to see my sister mad .

" You left up the toilet seat ! It's so gross ! " she yelled and I laughed.

" Stop being such a girl ! " I yelled and she stomped off down the stairs .

I looked at the clock as it was 9:34 pm. I yawned and opened my phone to see that Nash texted me.

Nash :
Bro ! I totally hooked up with Ashely today ;)

I laughed as he tried to get her all day.

Matthew :
Nicole's my next victim lol

Nash:
Go gettum tiger !
I put my phone on charger and fell asleep.

Emily's Pov-
Ring , ring , ring ....
I got up and looked out my window . The sun was shining very brightly and I stretched my arms . I smiled, because my mother always told me it would make my day little better. When I looked out my window I saw a boy was changing, he was shirtless and my eyes widened as his back muscles were flexed . He soon turned around and smiled . I quickly shut my curtains and blushed .

" So I see you found Matthew " my aunt Kat said and my eyes widened . She winked at me and I rolled my eyes.

I brushed my teeth and washed my face. I then put on a black plain drop top and white high waisted shorts with black converse high tops . I straightened my hair and applied a little bit of make up . I hurried down stairs and hopped into my aunties car.

She drove me to school and as we entered I saw teenagers all around the campus. The jocks throwing footballs, the cheerleaders doing backflips on the grass and the band geeks practicing in a group. I sighed .

" Here's to a new beginning " I said under my breath and put my back pack on. As we walked into the office I was greeted by a student.

" Hi I'm Cameron ! Cameron Dallas . " He smiled and I shook his hand.

" They call my Emily Morden . " I said and he nodded.

"Nice to meet you, the principle said that while your guardian is filling out papers I can showy around! " He was peppy and filled with joy. I nodded although to show that I was okay with it.

" This is our building , only juniors are allowed in here and if you see any freshmen or sophomores you tell the principle ! " I nodded and we headed out of the huge building .

" This is the cafeteria, today's lunch is pizza, yum ! " I laughed and we continued . We walked into a gym that was huge .

" Here is my favorite place of all, the gym . " he said and I nodded .

Ring ring ring

" That's the bell ! It looks like you have English as your first period . My friend has that class, so it's room I102 ! " He said and left . I walked down to the room and saw only a few people.

" You must be a new student ! " The teacher was happy.

" Yup Emily Morden ! " I said and she smiled.

" Well Emily you can take a seat next to the window in the third row . " She pointed to the desk and I settled in .

The late bell rung and everyone took their seats .

" Knock knock ! " A boy was heard from the door.

" What a surprise that you are a little late Mr. Espinosa . " I heard the teacher and looked at the door .

" Fuck " I said under my breath as it was the save boy from this morning , Matthew !

" Take your seat please ! " The teacher scolded him and prayed it wasn't the seat next to me, but with my luck it was.
