Chapter 4

Next Day -

Matts Pov -
It was Friday thank goodness ! I looked out my window to see Emily putting on her makeup and she had rollers in her hair. Last night was amazing I mean I finally got her instead of JC and she told me she liked me back. I saw her glimpse at me and she chuckled.

" Put on a shirt ! " She said .

" Maybe you should take a picture it last longer ! " I said and she started laughing.

" Wanna ride to school ?" I asked .

" Please ? " She said and I nodded.

" Come here ! " I said and she walked out her room.

5 minutes later she opened my door and hugged me.

" Goodmorning ! " She said .

" Good morning princess . " I wrapped my arms around her.

" Hey you black high tops too ? " she asked and I nodded.

" where them today I'm wearing mine . " I looked at her shoes and she was cute in it. She had a floral dress today that stopped at her knees with her hair all curly being half up and half down. While I just wore a regular black shirt with tan pants and had my hair slicked back.

After I grabbed my backpack and we headed down stairs .

" Hey mrs.espinosa ! " She greeted my mom and she smiled.

" Oh you look so cute ! " my mom said and Emily posed.

" Aww thanks I actually try ! " Emily replied.

I pecked my moms cheek " Bye mom love you we gotta go school . " She nodded and Emily held on to my arm.

" Why is so cold today ! " She said .

" Well it is February ! " I said and she rubbed her arms .

" Did you not get a jacket? " I asked as we entered the car but she shook her head. I then reached to the back of my car and got her a black hoodie of mine.

" Here where this when you get cold . " I said and she smelled it.

" Why do girls do that ? " I asked and she shrugged .

As we got to school I stopped when we were about to enter .

" I'll catch you in first period . " I said and she looked at me confused .

" You're dropping me here ? " she asked and I nodded .

" Why ?! " she got mad .

" Well no one is to know about us okay ! " I said and she shook her head.

" why we can't show our friendship ? " she asked and I sighed.

" Well your gonna get a lot of shit today, just saying. " I said and we drove to the front of the school and I parked my car. She put on my hoodie and I put my arm around her. I could hear people murmuring and it irritates me so much .

We walked over to Cameron guys and they all looked at us weirdly.

" So ? Any new news ? " Cameron says and Emily pushes me away .

" Matt stop touching me ! " she says while dusting off her body .

" I know you like it ! " I said while taking her into a big hug and she couldn't resist but to hug me back.

" Oh no . " Nash said and Emily looked at him.

" What ? " she asked .

" I don't have my fuck boy partner anymore . " he said and Emily hugged him.

" stop being a fuck boy and learn to love a nice girl ! " she said and came back to me.

" So what's up ? " Carter said winking.

" We're not dating ! " Emily says and storms off to her class while I just chuckle .

" We're not, we just admitted to each other that we like each other and agreed to stay friends . " I said and they shook their head as I saw JC approach Emily. I soon walked over and pushed JC away.

" Matt ! " Emily said and picked him up.

" I told you stay away !" I said and Emily glared at me .

" Who are you to tell people to stay away from me ! " she said and stood by JC . He put his arm around her and they walked in the class. I picked the wall and walkedi out of the school.

Emilys Pov -

After school ended I wanted to see Matt and talk, he seemed really upset . I looked outside and his car wasn't there. I sighed and left to go home. I threw my bag on the bed and looked out the window to see a girl in his room touching his thigh, she then kisses him and he pushed her off. He looked at the window to see me watching. I got a text :

Come here please....

I then turned to the window and nodded . The girl was gone and I ran to his room . I hugged him and I felt a year fall on my shoulder.

" you left school early ? " I asked and he sat down and nodded. He was silent and never even made eye contact with me.

" Who's that girl ? " I asked and he shrugged.

" I missed you ... " I said and he turned his body to the window . I sighed.

" Matt ." I said .

" What do you fucking want ? You know I'm not fricken okay with you hanging or with JC ! Out of all the boys there are in our school you choose to talk to him! " He yelled and tears came down, I was confused.

" Why do you hate him so much ? " I asked .

" 1 year ago I had this girl names Ashley who I was madly in love with , I gave her so much attention and told her everything . I loved her so much and he came along and just in one party night she was with him in a bed . " he said .

" just because I talk to him doesn't mean I'm gonna fall in love with him . " I said and he shook his head .

" If you wanna be friends with him then break up with me ! " he yelled and I stepped back .

" You're fucking over reacting ! " I yelled back .

" You don't get my point ! " we yelled back and forth.

" LEAVE ! " he yelled and started crying .

" So we're done ? Just one day ? " I said and he shrugged .

I ran back home crying every step of the way.
