To say the car ride back to the house was awkward to say the least, it was completely silence with me in the back looking at the passing forest though the window, while bella was in the passenger seat and Dad was driving.

I was rubbing my hands through my head trying to find something to entertain myself, suddenly dad speak up trying to start a conversation with bella "your hair is longer," he motioned towards bella. "I cut it since I last saw you," she responded.

I physically cringed at the horrible beginning of the conversation. " And you Marcus have you been dating anyone" he said looking through the mirror "no still single as a fry though"

*Time skip**got lazy*

As we pulled up to the house it looks just like I remember it. I can't hold in the excitement as I leap out the car and go to the trunk to get my things.

I can hear dad chuckle at my actions. He leads us inside and upstairs saying, "I cleared some shelves in the bathroom." "Oh Yea one bathroom," she said, he brought her into her old room while I went to mine.

I looks at my room and just takes in the look of my room, the walls were still the same with my things where I remember leaving them. I went to lay on my bed taking in the familiar comfort. I jumped slightly as dad came in "I see you've had no trouble setting in huh," he said with a smile."you know me I'm just happy to be back." I'm glad without you or bella It's not the same. I just hope bella likes it here as much as you do."

"I have a feeling forks will grow on her don't worry." I told him."come on I have a surprise for you and bella outside know go get bella," he told me.

I got off my bed, my love, my soul *for now* and know time to get the witch heading towards her room and go to open her room and do a pose."bella dad said to come outside he has something to show us." She looked up at me confused but came with me never the less.

We step outside to see dad with billy and Jacob. I couldn't hold my excitement and ran towards him,"jake!" He turns his head and quickly sees me and a smile forms on his face and he runs towards me and we embrace each other."Marcus!" It's been a while I'm so happy your back, without you around, hanging embry and Quil can be boring" Jacob tells me.

"I miss you and the others, I will have to meet up and hangout. Or even better we could surprise them" I say just as excited. After the hug he looks towards Bella with a light blush come across his face.

He's always has a crush on her it's always painful to watch. I turned to billy Jacob dad give him a hug as will, he's like a uncle to me."billy it's good to see you"

"It's good to see you to Marcus, let's say we're all glad your back and I hope you do come to La push to visit and come to the bonfires," he told me. "I would rather die than miss the bonfires," *wink wink* they chuckle and turn there attention to bella and Jacob.

"Bella you remember Billy black," dad said. "Yea you look good." She gestures towards him.

"Will I'm still dancing. I'm glad you're both here, Charlie here hasn't stop talking about you both since he found out you both were coming." Billy said with a smile. "Alright keep exaggerating or else I'll roll you into the mud," dad said towards billy. "After I ram you in your ankle," he responded and chased him in his chair. I was laughing at this.

Jacob then walked towards bella to say hello "hey, I'm Jacob we uh we used to make mud pies together when when we were little" *awkward -_-* "oh right I remember that" *no she don't* bella told him.

"Are they always like this," she asked Jacob.

"It gets worse with old age," he chuckled.

"Will what do you think," he asked bella touching the old truck by us. "What?" Bella asked "your homecoming present" he said.

"This" bella question pointing at the truck.

"Just bought it off from billy here," dad said.

"I totally rebuilt the engine," Jacob told her.

"Oh come on, really. Omg this is perfect," she said in excited, bella then hopped in the front

We said our goodbyes To billy and Jacob and went in side and I want to the living room to find dad, "hey dad can I go to the La Push this weekend" I asked hoping I could go see my bestie "yeah sure I don't think he knows your back yet and staying and I'm sure he'll be really happy."

I smile at the thought. "Thanks dad, good night"
