𝑰𝑻'𝑺 𝑵𝑶𝑻 easy to get back up after you fall. It's not easy to move forward when you have memories left behind. It's not easy spreading your wings and flying when you have weights holding you down. Life isn't easy and the world is not fair.

The strong like to trample on the weak. They like to use those thought below them for their personal gain. They like to have slaves without any will or thought, just mindless servants that do their biding without question. Because if the slaves knew their worth as beings, the rulers would rule no more. There's always more strength in numbers than in gold. Humanity can not be silenced forever.

There was a girl just like that. A girl dennied of her freedom, her childishness, her youth. A girl they turned into a weapon to protect their golden castles and the crowns made of thorns. A weapon that could keep them safe in their thrones of power and continue to plague the world with their selfish tyranny, to dictate the lives of others. A girl turned to weapon to protect them from 𝒉𝒊𝒎.

There was a boy burdened with the expectations of others. These chains prevented him from being a child, confined him in a prison of sorrow and anger. Anger at the world for being so unfair, anger at his clan for disregarding his innocence. His anger only grew for the hierarchy, his moral compass almost gone, he saw the world as black and white with no color at all. Even blessed with the all seeing eyes he still couldn't see a spark of hope, only selfishness and greed in their souls. He learned to hide all this anger with a mask made of false emotions, of arrogance and naivety.

They were children, victims of society, where their gifts turned to curse and used for the benefit of others. They were weapons meant to fight one another to protect their coward kings, as a simple piece of chess in a board full of thieves. But maybe they had the keys to unlock each other's cage of gold, to be freed of their binds that turned them into stone and from cold statues to become warm souls...
