Rin: the Demon Hunter

Remembering that we don't know how #SessRin's romance began in the anime. But this is my version.

I was 8 years old. But a lot happened! Naraku and the Jewel of Shikon disappeared, 3 years later, Miss Kagome happily returned to the Feudal Era. I'm happy about that, and it seems Lord Inuyasha must also be happy with Miss Kagome by his side. But... seeing Lord Inuyasha with Miss Kagome made me wonder... where is Lord Sesshomaru? Every now and then, he would come to see me, bringing kimonos, checking to see that I was okay. But he doesn't have to do that, does he? I... I'm not a child anymore, I'm already 17! Kaede: -Tell me, Rin. What happened to Sesshomaru? I thought he would come to see you... three more years passed, and he still didn't come. What happened?

-...WHAT??!! DAMN IT! I BETTER GET MY CLOTHES! KOHAKU WILL KILL ME IF I'M LATE! —I ran, screaming through the house, looking for the Hunters uniform—

Grandma Kaede doesn't say anything, just drinking her tea calmly.

—I start running to the door, all ready— -I'm Coming, Bye, Grandma Kaede. —I start to leave the house, running—

Kaede: -Ah, Bye, Rin. Take Care... —giving a slight smile— -these young people nowadays... —going back to drinking their tea—

On the battlefield. With a big clean field, just green grass, and the trees a little away from the field.

-KOHAKU! —I approach him— -I'm sorry if I'm late. —I said with a muffled breath—

Kohaku: —turns to face me— -it's okay, Rin. Indeed, you arrived at the right time. —he starts looking at the other Hunters— -EVERYONE IN YOUR PLACES. I'M SURE HE WILL APPEAR! —he turns back to me— -you too, Rin. Go.

-YES SIR! —most of the Hunters managed to cut off the Spider's legs, leaving him unable to walk—

Kohaku: -RIN, IT'S YOUR TURN! —he shouted, looking at me—

"But now, Lord Sesshomaru... I won't cause you any more trouble." —I started to get up— "now that I'm a Demon Hunter, I'll be able to fight alone. Without you needing to defend me."

I started to jump on top of the spider, taking the sword out of the sheath on my waist.

"My Name is Rin. I am no longer a scared, defenseless little girl. I AM A MATURE WOMAN! A DEMON HUNTER!"

Wow! I mean... I don't even know if Rin knew how to fight well, if she was skilled, but remember that this is just my version of the anime in my fic! And there was official art from @HisakoSato showing that Rin was a Demon Hunter.
