Ricky Horror + Devin (ghost) Sola

Today was the day I'll finally make her mine. mine to hold, mine to kiss. It felt so surreal, so new.
I looked into the mirror with a smile. I was dressed in my burgundy tux with a creamy white button up under it and a black handkerchief with a black rose boutonniere snuggled next to it in the front pocket over my heart.
'damn son' I thought, looking at my Appearance . Say what you want but I look hella good today.
"RICKY YOU NEED YOUR MAKEUP DONE STILL, STOP CHECKING OUT YOUR ASS AND GET OUT HERE" Chris cried from outside my make shift dressing room in the back of the church.
"I'm not checking out my ass and I'll be out in a minute." I sighed, looking away from the mirror.
I drew back the curtain to see my best man, Chris standing there with his creamy white tux and burgundy button up. All the groom's men were wearing the same thing, they looked great.
"Awww, Ricky you look so nice!" Chris squealed, hugging me tightly.
"I know I don't often say these kinds of things out loud, but I'm so proud of you. I feel like a proud little momma cat looking at her little baby kitten growing up , ya feel? And Jessica is one lucky girl" he said.
"Thanks," I laughed.
"Mhm, now let's go get your makeup done, pretty boi," Chris shouted in excitement.
Chris did my makeup, deciding that only foundation and filling in my eyebrows would be best to wear today and I agreed. I slicked back my hair, letting a strand of my ebony hair fall down the side of my face. Soon it was time to walk down the isle.
After my men walked down the isle I did. Now most people don't think the groom's get nervous and anxious to walk down that isle but trust me, we do. We want to look just as graceful as the bride does.
As I stood next to the priest, I watched the bride's maids in their burgundy dresses with bouquets of white baby breath walk to their places. Finally, Jessica's father walked her down the isle and she looked even better than me. Her minty green eyes shone and her hips swayed in the tight fitting creamy white dress. I felt a stray tear of happiness slip down my face as she stood across from me and I took her hands in mine.
The priest began his speech, then Jessica said her vows, loud and confident. I spoke mine in a shaky voice.
I felt guilty for kind of not wanting to completely go through with it. Everything bad that could happen suddenly flashed through my mind and I gulped. Now I done fucked up because I began to over think about all the stress and struggle that was sure to follow. I never thought I'd let myself think these things but now I can't stop.
I looked off into the crowd of friends and family and saw my ex. Devin Sola. I had to do a double take tho make sure I wasn't just seeing things, but there he was. The one who ultimately ran away with my still beating heart in his greedy hands. He still looked amazing... My face burned bright red and I swore under my breath. I haven't seen him since he disappeared... He looked at me with such desperation and love, I was drowning in his dark eyes.
Jessic looked quizzically at me but I smiled reassuringly. I don't know how he found out I was getting married or when he came back but he was definitely here and now I was definitely unsure of all the things I've done while he left. He left so unexpectedly,he didn't tell anyone not even me. He left me a mess and now he comes back?
"..If anyone here has any reasons as to why this beautiful couple should not be joined in Holy Matrimony, let them speak now or forever hold their peace" father Way continued.
Silence filed the air the moments after the words left his mouth. No one said anything. No one raised their hand. The priest was about to continue, but then Devin stood up.
"I disagree with this." his quiet voice shook as he quickly made his way up here.
"Ghost, what the fu-" Chris started, sounding pissed.
"I can't allow this, damn it!" Devin growled and jogged the rest of the way up.
Devin glomped me and pressed his dark red lips onto mine. I was shocked to say the least as the people on the crowd gasped and cried out in confusion. I ignored them all and allowed my eyes to flutter closed, loving every second of it and kissing him back. It made me feel like shit to feel that way though. When he pulled away, I looked over at Jessica and she looked pissed, something that was absolutely terrifying. Jessica is no force to be reckoned with and now I'm completely fucked.
"YOU LITTLE BITCH!" her dad shouted, getting out of his chair and charged at me but his wife caught him.
"Oh shit, gruhl he called you a little bitch!" father Way chuckled and I sent a death glare before I felt a solid right hook meet the side of my jaw.
It was Jessica that punched me, leaving me in shock and pain. I fell to the ground as all hell broke loose around me. Bitches were crying and arguments broke out among everyone and Jessica was screaming at me. Devin gasped and pulled me back to my feet.
"Oh my goodness are you okay?" Devin asked.
"I'm fine but I should probably leave." I said, sprinting to the front doors of the chapel.

a/n: glomping is the action of when someone runs up to a person and jumps onto them in a hugging motion. I LOVE YOU ALL, SORRY FOR BEING SO INACTIVE!
