I have read few comments regarding this fanfic. This is for those who believe that I am white washing Meng Yao.
1. Meng Yao is not that corrupted in this time line. He wanted his father attention and did as his father asked. He didn't kill jz, NMj, JYL yet
2. I want this fanfiction to have a balance and I believe reasons are important too. Both Wei Ying and Meng Yao suffered equally during their childhood. The only difference is Wei Ying got little affection and had a heart for Justice.
Wei Ying from his childhood was told he was a servant son while Meng Yao was told he was a sect leader son. Wei Ying didn't got the chance to see his mother daily suffering like Meng yao did.
Wei Ying was abandoned in street thus all he craved for little love while Meng Yao got his mother, though his situation is bad, he is not abandoned. He craved for power , so he can improve his and his mother condition.
Image a child, who had to witness his mother suffer and get abuse by the people who had power, so they can have little bit to eat and stay.
Wei Ying didn't have self love or care because Madam Yu and sect leader jiang, brought him up to be a shield while Meng Yao mother constantly keep telling him about golden palace and his father...this useless hopefully words later turned into greed.
I am not protecting Meng Yao or white washing his character, in my fanfiction... The present Meng Yao should not be hold responsible for his future actions or should be punished for it.
If you still believe I am white washing Meng Yao, then no need to read this fanfiction.
