Fire

Rachel wakes up on the couch next to Kalin. He's still sleep. She slowly gets up so he doesn't notice. She walks upstairs to the bathroom and brushes her teeth. Then, She gets in the shower. 10 minutes later, She gets out and wraps the towel around her. With the towel around her, she starts doing her hair. She decides to flat iron it. She is flat ironing the right side, when she is startled by Kalin who walks in. She jumps and burns herself with the iron on her arm. Kalin grabs her arm and puts alcohol on it. Rachel: Shit! It burns! Kalin starts chuckling with a smirk. Kalin: well um no one told you to burn your self with a flat iron. He continues to chuckle. Rachel hits him on the arm. Rachel: It's your fault you scared me. Kalin: Yea okay. Kalin kisses Rachel. Kalin finished applying the alcohol. Kalin: Now go finish your hair you only did one side. Rachel: I know! Rachel continues to do the other side when Kalin walks in and gets in the shower. Rachel: I'm done going to get dressed. Kalin(Yelling over the water): Okay. Rachel puts on a white crop top, light blue jeans, gold necklace, and high top white vans. Rachel walks downstairs and sits on the couch checking her phone. She gets a txt from an unknown number. It reads: I'm wasn't done with you. Come outside. Rachel(yells): Kalin! I'm stepping it for a minute. Rachel steps out the door and closes it behind her. She turns around and see....Rachel: Veronica? Veronica: Yes! Rachel: You sent this text. Veronica: Yeah. Rachel: You're not gonna even deny it. Veronica: no, is there a reason I have to be afraid of you? Rachel: I suppose your right. Why did you want me to come outside? Veronica: For this....She lights a match and throws it in the house.
Rachel: Veronica! Why would you do that?
Veronica: Because your precious Prince Charming is inside. Rachel runs to the door and tries to open it. She remembers leaving it open. She's hitting the door constantly but it won't budge. Veronica: if I can't have him neither can you! And don't bother he's probably gone by now. I started a fire inside the kitchen too. He's trapped. Rachel: That's what you think. Rachel hits the door so hard. It flies open. Rachel sees that the fire is huge. It's burning the living room and the kitchen. She runs to the stairs and some of the ceiling collapses. She runs the stairs. And sees the fire is still burning their. She finds Kalin unconscious on the bedroom floor. Rachel grabs him and puts his arm around her neck and her holding his body. She carries him down the stairs and starts to loose breath. Rachel gets to the bottom of the steps and starts carrying him towards the door. When she collapses. A few minutes later a fire truck and an ambulance arrive. The squads surround the house. The some girls crying into the guys arms other being strong. Lanise and Leilani get in the ambulance with Rachel. Liam and Special K get in the ambulance with Kalin.

Rachel wakes up and starts breathing heavy. Shadave: Rachel.. You okay. She say touching her leg. Rachel: Yeah, I think where's Kalin. Shadave a face turns from worried to sad. Shadave: Honey, he's taking a bit longer to wake up than you. Rachel: he's not okay. Leilani: he's really bruised up too. Rachel starts crying and she cover her mouth. She clutches her pillow. Rachel: No! She clutches harder and cries harder. Lanise climbs in the bed with her and wraps her arms around her. She rocks her and cries with her.
