 The Butterfly Effect.

A phenomenon whereas a small change within the starting conditions can significantly cause a great change in the future. Something as simple as having a choice that doesn't seem much in the beginning to instantly unravel both opportunities that's never been offered before and the consequences of obstacles appearing foot in your path.

Something so small can leave a large impact on those around oneself.

It arrived before she even knew it.

She has brought up the proposition about the upcoming war towards the Demon King, with her concerns and all. Though she never liked him at all, and knew that anything she'd say to him would only be meant with contempt, she thought he could have some sense into it. She should have known better.

Each time, her suggestion to finding ways to appease simply met deaf ears. He wouldn't entertain the idea of standing neutral, not when the opportunity to prove the world can live on without their bitter enemies. He would rather have himself be purified than to suggest negotiations with the Supreme Deity.

Her attempts down the drain, and so she was faced with the reality of the war that will soon bring forth the true journey. Though none of the demon clan members were killed, a realization came to her when Yelena thought about something. She had a feeling it was because of her killing the Goddesses that attempted to assassinate her would be a sign for the Goddess Clan to take action.

A sign that the Demon Clan themselves are asking for war.

She cursed herself for fastening up the arrival of the Holy War, and now she has to deal with the consequences she brought on on her recklessness. She, along with the elite forces of the Demon Clan, were strewn out to face and kill the members of the Goddess Clan that clashes with them.

Before it was time to official be called out to battle, she was finally given the project Meliodas and Zeldris had prepared for her. It was a set of armor, imbued by their darkness and enchanted to give it magical properties.

She was at first perplexed that this caused a bit of a ruckus among the Demon Clan. It was then she instantly remembered that receiving a gift from a royal demon prince is a sign of engagement. Obviously, she loves them genuinely and accepted it because... well it's a gift, and they made it for her.

She'd need an appointment to see a psychiatrist for turning it down.

Back to the present, the day she was sent out into the battlefield she had worn the armor. It suited her comfortably, given they had gotten her measurements down correctly and she is glad it doesn't expose her skin anywhere(which she is genuinely surprised that Meliodas didn't try having it made to reveal her cleavage or something).
