Chapter 5: Conflict

I run towards the hospital and I get there at the same time as Hina. She turns to me, worried.

"Sora! Do you know what happened?!" She asks as she gets closer to me.

"No idea. I just got a call from Draken telling me that Michi passed out and he gave me the adress of this hospital."

"I see.. Let's go see him, then."

"Okay."

We go to the reception and ask the receptionist in which room my brother's in. She gives us the number of the room, we thank her and we go look for it.

When we get in, we see Emma crying with her head on Takemichi's lap. Hina holds onto the curtains and screams. "What are you doing?!" I send him a death glare.

"What are you talking about?" He looks at Emma and understands right then what's wrong. "No, it's not what you think!"

"I'm gonna kill you, Takemichi.. I was so worried! Damn it, I'm so lost and you never explain anything to me! And you Emma, why are you crying on my brother's lap?!"

She sits up, teary-eyed and I look at her in silence waiting for her to answer my question. "Mikey and Draken got in an argument.." She says before crying again.

My eyes widen. What? Mikey and Draken? Get in an argument? It can't be..

"What are you talking about, Emma? They could never get in an argument, they're too close!"

"I'm telling you, they did! Something horrible happened with their friend and he got arrested! Now they won't talk to each other anymore..."

I stay silent. I turn around and leave the room despite the many calls from my friends.

Once in the hallway, I take my phone out of my white mini backpack and write a message to Mikey.

To: Mikey<3

Mikey, are you okay? Is everything alright?
Emma briefly explained the situation to me..
Answer me as soon as possible please,
I'm worried about you..

I press send, turn off my phone and put it back in my white backpack.

I go back into the room with a mochi in my hand. I go beside Takemichi and put it in his mouth.

"Eat this. I doubt the food here is any good." I say, patting his head. He swallows and answers.

"Thanks, So."

"So?" I ask, a smile slowly appearing on my face.

"Uhhh.."

"Is it me or did you just gave me a nickname??" My smile widens and stars form in my eyes.

"Uhh.. It may be possible that.." I cut him off by jumping in his arms.

"Finally!"

He hesitates a little before hugging me back.
