After all the contracts were all signed, Xavier and I left, driving over to my home.
"So, are you going to like- follow me every where? " I nervously ask after ten minutes of pure earshattering silence.
"Yes." his voice is raspy and dark.
"Even like the bathroom? " I ask, my eyes shooting wide.
His lips quirk up slightly, "No, that'll be inappropriate. "
"Oh, right. " I blush.
He notices my blush, not showing any sign of emotion. His dark eyes scan me once more before continuing to stare forward.
God, those eyes.

"And here's my humble-" I open my door. Before continuing, he rushes infront of me, scanning the room, before walking into the other rooms. "-Home." I finish.
I watch him scramble through every room with his hand placed on his handgun that's resting on his belt.
I sigh, pouring a cup of tea for the both of us as I watch him and wait for him to come back.
After another five minutes, he trots into the kitchen with a satisfied look on his face, "Clear."
"Yeah no shit. I locked it this morning. " I chuckle, sipping on my tea.
He glares at me with his arms crossed. His gaze makes me slightly weak in the knees, not being able to look away from those captivating dark eyes.
I clear my throat, handing him his cup of tea, forcing myself to not drown in his eyes. He takes it with a frown.
"It's tea, you drink it. " I chuckle as he holds it away from his face.
"It's not poisoned, smartass. " I chuckle when he doesn't reply.
"I don't drink tea. " his raspy voice rings in my ears, placing it down.
I scoff, taking the mug from the counter, "Fine, then suit yourself. "
I take both mugs to the living room, setting them on the coffee table. "What do you want then? " I ask, plasing my hands on my hips.
"Nothing, but your safety, Miss Moreman. " he matches my gaze.
I roll my eyes, sitting down on the sofa. I reach for the remote and it falls from my grip, dropping on the floor. I jolt, trying to pick it up, knocking one of the mugs over.
Before I get to turn my head, Xavier's hands, catch the mug, beside me.
"How'd you-" I ask.
He shrugs, placing the mug back down, gazing up at me.
My breath hitches as I notice how close our faces are from eachother.
He clears his throat, akwardly moving back from me. He takes a seat next to me, looking away from me.
"So, uhm. What do you want to watch? " I hold the remote in my hand as my cheeks flush red.
"Im not here to watch movies, Miss Moreman. " he coldly replies, avoiding my gaze.
I sigh, turning on the screen, "Mean girls it is then."
I feel him shifting next to me.
"What? You not a fan?" I chuckle.
He glares back at me.
"Well, get comfy, we're watching it. " smirk, turning on the movie.
His glare is still burning me, as I look at the screen.
