(R/N: So I know that this should be from Harry's point of view or something but I just don't have motivation for that... so Imma do it from Ginny's point of view again.)

(D/N: Imma do one with Harry's POV of the Weasleys kidnapping him. Scratch that )

(R/N: Ooh ok but that's technically already in the books... eh why not. I guess y'all got a sneak peek of what's in the next chap aaaand scratch that I guess)

Ginny struggled to close her suitcase, even as she sat on it and pulled the zipper.

"Do you need help?" Percy asked from the doorway.

Panting, Ginny glared at him, and although she wanted to say no, she did need the help so she swallowed up her pride and nodded. Percy stepped inside the room, and when Ginny got off the suitcase, he held the top down with one hand and struggled to pull the zipper to a close, his knuckles white with strain.

"Dad should get better stuff for us," Percy muttered, a bit frustrated.

Ginny rolled her eyes, hiding her shock at her perfect brother... not being so perfect. "It's not Dad's fault that his pay isn't that much, Percy. Plus, taking care of 5 kids isn't exactly cheap."

Percy raised an eyebrow and sat down on Ginny's bed. "You do know he was offered a promotion but he declined?"

Ginny stared at him. "Why-why would he decline?" She protested. "You're lying."

"He declined because of his 'moral principles'," Percy complained, doing quotation marks around the words. "It's stupid."

Ginny shuffled uncomfortably. "Percy, it's dad. I think he knows what he's doing."

Percy rolled his eyes and got up from the bed. "Whatever." He looked at Ginny's suitcase and the corners of his mouth fell in a frown. "You have it better than Ron, though. He's got Bill's old robes, Charlie's old wand, and my old rat."

Ginny wrinkled her nose in disgust. "Wonder Scabbers hasn't died yet with how you treated him." Before Percy could retort, Ginny pushed him out the door. "Now get out!" She snapped, closing the door with a huff.

While she inspected her suitcase to make sure that nothing was poking out of the small rip in the side, her mind reeled at what Percy had said. Of course, even if he was right, Ginny didn't blame her dad, who was possibly the most morally right person she knew. The only thing that kept her a bit confused was how Percy had phrased it, almost as if he disliked their dad's actions, although Percy was the most impeccable sibling.

Ginny's thoughts continued wondering, her cheeks burning as she imagined going to Hogwarts and a perfect love story with Harry.

By the time she had finished, the interaction had already slipped her mind.

(R/N: D still hasn't written anything yet but how was this chapter? I still wanted to write something so I did a little bonus chapter that wasn't even originally my plan)

(D/N: OKAY BUT WHAT IF PERCY AND GINNY ARE GOOD FRIENDS/ SIBLINGS)

(R/N: Oh we are so doing that)
