3 YEARS LATER - DAYVON'S POV
ATLANTA , GA

"Who you love, Lo? Tell 'em." Vons voice could be heard through the video playing on his phone.

"Dayvon move- Why you got me in a headlock?" Willow giggled in the video cause Von to frown.

He turned off his phone and sighed as he turned over on his couch, it seemed like this had been his daily routine for the past 2 and a half years.

He didn't know if Willow was even alive, she had disappeared when he came back for her. Her socials had been disabled and he couldn't even find any more records and information on her.

A knock sounded on his door and he sighed once more before getting up to open the door.
The knocking progressively got louder and he finally opened the door.

He was met with a punch to his chest and an angry Jayda waiting at his door. He looked down at her confused.

"You look horrible." She spoke shortly before pulling out her phone.

"What do you want bro? i'm tired of you coming here, every year on her birthday, to tell me I fucked up. I know-" He was cut off with her holding her finger up.

"I came for good news. Only because I've felt bad for all this time." Jayda smiled and waited for him to let her in.

He rolled his eyes and opened his door to her. She walked in happily and removed her shoes. She sat down in a chair in his living room and crossed her legs.

"How much do you regret what you did to J- Willow?" She asked correcting herself with a cough.

"Why you asking me that pointless ass question?"

"Answer it or you won't get the good news." She glared at him a little. He was confused, this was so random.

He sighed before answering her questions, rubbing both of his hands over his face then through his dreads.

"Everyday I be looking at videos and pictures we had took together, and i be thinking about how stupid I am." He looked over at Jayda as she waited for him to continue.

"There ain't nothin I can say to fix what I did, but if i saw her again? And if she had my kid? I would make sure everyday of my life was put towards making sure she forgave me, and pray she'd give me a chance to make up for what I had did." He sighed for the millionth time.

Jayda clapped her hands a little then rolled her eyes.

"You a ham ass , dirty ass , bum ass , deadbeat ass nigga." He sighed and got up from his seat on the opposite couch from her.

"If you came here to bitch at me jus go home." He spoke shortly then attempted to walk away.

"Just listen!" She stopped him then stood up herself. "Before Willow left she told me to make sure of one thing." He turned to look at her and furrowed his eyebrows.
