Chapter 7 : What is that?!

2 am. Asylum

Lying down on his bed, Hudson try to sleep. Up till a loud scream being hear, sit up he walk by and put his ear on door.

"What happen outside?"

He hear a running sound soon be more near and he move to left as his door being open by Dr. Del.

His hair being dishevel and his clothe have blood stain on it. His face look scared. He hold Hudson's cheek with both of his hand.

"Look kid, let's move out from this place. Just bring yourself! I'm gonna help you out."

He say with desperate in his eye, Hudson remain calm and mouth 'okay'.
They on third floor and try to make all the way out from Asylum.

Hudson

I see peoples being bite by 'creatures' but I know those creatures are human that they experiment on... look like thing going southwest.

"Dr. Del, how did this happen?"

I inquire while both of us check on our surrounding before making a move to stair. The nurses, doctors and the patients being bite on these floor.

"Accident happen."

He answer quickly and grab my hand to stair.

Dr. Del

We're on second floor now, seeing my colleagues being bite by those creatures are crazy... wait this is Asylum of course even I almost gone crazy after first day at work.

As we on guard, Hudson tap my shoulder. I turn behind and seeing something that should have never out from that place.

"Hudson, hold your breath and do not make any sound."

He nod and I do the same. The creature, we try to seal on that room.. who and how let it out?

Third pov

The creature that height 205cm with wide body. A head that being cover by aluminium paper.

Hudson and Dr. Del hold their breath as the creature pass by them. A male nurse just out from doctor room, screaming on top of his lung.

Hudson becoming eye wide seeing how fast the creature run toward male nurse. Dr. Del cover his's eye and hug him.

Seeing the creature walk away from them with male nurse body being lifeless on the floor, Dr. Del realease Hudson from his hug.

Dr. Del

Oh no..

"If that thing bite other they will soon becoming like that thing too."

Explain in brief toward Hudson as I and him walk in medicine room. Gathering his medicine and instruct him to take a document and bandage to put into the bag.

Hudson

He take a bag and grab my hand out from this room and as we make to first floor. Tragedy happen.. Dr. Del being shoot by his colleague.

Third pov

Dr. Del fell on floor while hold his stomach that just being shoot, he let out the hiss. Hudson hold his body, Dr. Del look infront him.

"Dr. Tony! You.. why did you shoot me?! Ah!"

Dr. Tony chuckle and point his gun toward Hudson.

"Since you try to destroy my work using that kid! Like I don't know you have been weirdly close with that kid!"

"Your work? Using me? Weirldly close? Oh no!! Hahahahah!!!"

Hudson say out loud and put down Dr. Del body on cold floor.

"Hudson, don't go near Dr. Tony! Ah. He .. have gun!"

He no longer hear what Dr. Del warn as he keep coming closer to him. Dr. Tony walk back with gun.

"Hey! Hey! Don't come close! I will shoot you."

"Really.. When I already these close with you?"

Hudson say while his hand reach for gun. His face quiet near Dr. Tony's face.

"Look at you.. only becoming brave when something accidentally pull inside your brain. Those shaky, scared eye and these trembling hand."

Dr. Tony try to release his hand together with gun unfortunately his gun slip by Hudson's hand.

He try to scream and those creatures seem him and jump on him.

"Aahh!!! Help me!!!!"

Hudson pov

Carry Dr. Del's body and bag slump on my back. We walk by far from them up till we reach ground floor. I feel a hand on my cheek, seeing Dr. Del smiling toward me.

"Hudson, put me down on chair at my room."

Nodding my head, we walk in to his room. Putting his body slowly on his chair he let out groan in pain.

He look at me and inquire.

"Hey, Hudson tell me your dream? You know what they say right?"

"Yeah, only.. I don't want to say that word. Yes, I will tell. When I was kid.. my dream is becoming a doctor. When I in high school it change to be a rich."

Dr. Del chuckle and laugh.

"Haha, to be rich is everyone dream kid."

"And without I know.. I already am."

He look at me with confusing face.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean it.. Dr. Del. You teach me a knowledge than I used to be."

He let out weak smile and say last word before close his eye.

"I feel happy know it and Hudson just to let you know, everything you need in that bag and even few memo. Last, please put my body here, I want to rest here. Thanks son.. to let me know."

I only can nod as I stand up to walk at door. Giving him one last look before I close the door and making my way out from Asylum's hospital.

Now, the main thing is.. everything around me in chaos.

"Look like the gun will be usefull in this situation."
