Chapter 3 : Curiosity kill the cat

Asylum Garden

It is sunny day at Asylum today. The brid chirping can be heard at the garden. Also, I have been notice something unusual about Doctor Del.

No, I know he has been observing me since after that 2 month ago I 'play' with nurses.  But the real question is, when he start observe me?

Anyway, it much better I ignore after all  I more curious about those rules.

'Don't sneaking out from your room after past 9pm till 7am.'

I lean on the shady tree and smirk.

Last night time 9:30 pm

"Hey, take this medicine before you sleep."

Another doctor named Tony order me. I take medicine but before I put it in my mouth I innocently question.

"Where is Dr. Del? He always the one checking me up before I sleep and even waking me personally."

Like a kid asking where his father were go after not seeing him going back home since yesterday.

He smile and sit beside my bed.

"He have a work to do and you know kid? He more fond of you since 3 month ago. He even personally taking you as his patient that no other doctor can't take unless he have work to do."

His answer reveal such information. It bring me comfort but at the same time terrified.

I swallow the medicine and open my mouth to show that I not hide it under my mouth.

Before he take a leave I ask another question.

"Hey, Dr.Tony. Why other patients start disappear and why more persons get in quickly in here? This Asylum? It like, it doesn't make sense."

He ruffle my hair although I hate it but I do not show it except I show the opposite of it. Then he hug me.

"Some people no longer can't contain it. What they have been experience.. they no longer can't surivive it and then commit 'it'. If you understand what I mean."

He let go the hug while I show the shocked face. I know what he mean by 'it'.

He closed the door before wish me good night.

Current time 1 Am

Like they say curiousity kill the cat but you know I'm quite boring in these day. So here I am walking in the hallway.

I even hear other patients being loud, some cursing, telling their desire, wailing and crying. What a lucky the wall for each room are thick.

I take a stair since I know the guard ussually using lift to easy move from ground floor to third floor for patrol on night.

Whenever I see the torch, I will hide wherever that not show my body.

Ground floor

I have been checking every floor and it all quite well given the first floor is Green Zone while second floor the Yellow Zone is a bit loud.

Sighing I walk in one of the dr. room.

"Wait, tonight is weird.. none of dr. room occuppied since this is asylum. It should be one or two doctor and 10 nurse for each floor."

I sit on the chair while hold my head in confusion.

"Where they could have been?"

Looking around the room, I found the old vintage picture on book rack. It look bit weird so, I take closer look on it and swipe the picture.

I look beside the book rack and found the wall not more likely the automatic sliding door that lead to down way tunnel.

"Oh father, I do feel like something horrible happen down there."

I walk down on stair that lead to bottom. It take me 30 minute to walk all across tunnel.

The tunnel doesn't have security camera. On top of that I even notice there's trail of something being drag accross the floor to the door in front of me.

I open the door and walk inside there.

I found a tool different and weird. Some medicine that I don't know. And there is two room.

I peak a little and see something that making my eye wide. There's a patients some look lifeless and there one patient on bed struggle to escape as the nurse held him down and doctor injecting something to him.

I closed the door slowly not wanting my present to be found.

I just notice the end of the room have other room. But before I could open the door to second room. My present is being found as I feel a hand on my shoulder. Looking around my back I see dr wearing a operation cloth.

'Haha, look like my time is here.'
