THIRTY THREE

Harold's pov;
I woke up today freshly. I looked at the time and it was 8am. I rubbed my eyes and looked around. It's time to up now Harold.

I stretched out myself and got off the bed. I decided to walk out for a bit and the brush my teeth. I looked myself in the mirror and ruffled my curls and walked out.

As i walked out I bumped into someone. I rubbed my chest as they head hurt my chest. It's candy of course cause she's the shortest one here.

I looked at her in the ground and picked her up gently. She looked at me and blushed "good morning Harold" she smiled warmly. "Morning candy" i smiled.

"Up so early" she said, i chuckled and nodded "come on I'll make some breakfast for us" she said and began to walk but i pulled her by the hand.

She looked at me and frowned "uhm i just work up i didn't brush, i wanted to walk for a while and then I'll go brush" i said holding her hand.

She's beautiful and sweet. She hummed and we both began to walk in the balcony. "So tell me about harry candy, how did y'all meet i also wanna know" i said giggling.

She smiled and blushed playing with her fingers. "Well, me and harry met in college, he was my chemistry lab partner, he always used to help me i practicals and everything. So i always had a crush on him but I never knew he took liked me. Then eventually we became close friends and all, but uhm one day, he had a silly fight with my ex boyfriend Thomas and then harry was injured slightly from that one day harry was not coming to college, so I was worried and then I phoned him and asked he gave me silly reasons, but then once he came and he acted like nothing happen, then once again he stopped coming. I decided to go to his house to find out. I asked his mum if i could meet him but she said he doesn't wanna see me. I was heartbroken because I fell in love with him, i kept trying to talk to him and all but then i got angry and walked away from his house, when his mum and sister came to my house. They said he-he has cancer" she began crying as she stopped at that sentence.

I frowned and held back my tears in my eyes. She fell on the ground covering her face as she cried bitterly.

I crouched down next to her and brought her to my chest as she cried silently. I rubbed her back gently to calm her down.

"I- I went back to his house, when i came to know everything, he still didn't want to talk to me when I saw him come down the stairs i caught his hand telling him i know everything and that I'll never leave him, but he still didn't. He walked away. I snuck into his car as he drove. Then it was a place he drove. I'll take you there one day" she said whimpering.

I nodded, "we made love, in the car, it was umm my first time" she said i nodded and kissed her head. "we eventually began to date" she said giggling. She looked up at me and I saw her bloodshot eyes.

She looks so beautiful. I smiled looking down at her. "Wow harry is lucky" i said chuckling. "He is well, I'm also lucky to have him in my life Harold" she said.

"I think you need to fresh up Harold. And also I'll make some breakfast for us, I'll show you his reports later ok" she said. I nodded and smiled.

We both parted our ways. I already built a crush on my brother's girlfriend. Seriously Harold. I shook my head and walked back to the guest room.

Candice's pov;
I walked into the kitchen wiping under my eyes. I drank a glass of water quenching my thirst.

Harold see like a nice brother and a nice boy. I smiled at his thought. I took out some eggs, fruits. I sprayed the pan and then broke the eggs making the inside part fall into the pan.

I began to fry it. I kept in on a low flam so i could go and wake up harry. As i turned around I saw harry walk out.

"Hi baby good morning" i said smiling at him. His eyes looked up at me. "Morning candy" he said walking up to me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips tightly.

We pulled away. "ok go sit I'm making some breakfast" i said. He nodded "where's Harold" he asked me "oh he's in his bedroom only" i said looking at harry.

He hummed and started to read some of his books. "Baby why your catching the books now" i said rolling my eyes. He looked at me and smiled giggling.

I placed his plate of breakfast in front of him. "Can you call Harold for breakfast harry" i said. He nodded and walked to his bedroom. I sighed and began to have my breakfast.

After a while both of them came back. I looked at Harold and smiled at him. "You were taking forever there" i said smiling. He chuckled "sorry" and sat down.

We all had our breakfast and then I took the plates and decided to wash the vessels. After I was done. I took out my books and began to study for my upcoming exams.

Jesus there so bad I hate exams but i have to attend them. I was sitting on the couch with my books as i wrote and revised.

When suddenly i felt the couch dip, i felt someone's presence. It was Harold's. I looked at him from my glasses and smiled. "Oh you have specs I never knew. You look cute in them" he said smiling. "Oh hehe thank you" i said.

"Candy you said you would bring me harry's test reports" i heard Harold say. I got up from my seat and went to our bedroom. I saw harry which I assumed he just came out from the shower.

"Wow looking so hot" i said giggling and picking up his reports. "Thanks babe, why do you need those?" He asked looking at the test reports in my hand. "Oh uhm harold wants to see it, so what" i said and walked away closing the door behind me.

I walked back to the living room and handed the reports to harold. He took them from me smiling. He opened them and began to go through them.

I focused now on my books studying. I saw harry walk out.

Harry's pov;
I walked out my bedroom and to the living room. I saw candy and Harold sitting on the couch. She was studying while he went through my test reports. I frowned.

I saw candy look up at me and smiled. I saw down on the other couch. She kept looking at me. I smirked at her.

And Harold was engrossed in reading the reports. "Are you done reading mr doctor" i asked him. He chuckled and looked at me with a frown.

"Ok i know now what's in those reports it's all not good, ok" i said. Both candy and Harold looked at me. I saw Candy's eyes began to tear up.

She sniffled and looked down at her books. I saw harold tensed up and look at her and then back at me. "Baby" i said softly. She kept looking down and i heard her soft sniffles.

"look baby i didn't mean to make you cry, my baby shh come here" i said. She looked up at me and saw me kneeling down.

I kissed her hands. I knew Harold was looking at the both of us. "W-why do you keep this all this ha-harry. Why do you say you won't live, am i not giving you enough of my love, i hate when you say those things to yourself. Seriously harry get this in your brain, I'll kill myself before you ok" she said glaring at me with teary eyes.

I heard Harold giggle. Candy looked at him and smiled. "ok fine baby i won't say that again" i said. "Promise" she asked "promise baby, now come and give me a hug" i said.

She smiled and hugged me tightly. I looked at Harold and he shot me a wink. I rolled my eyes at him.

She pulled away and looked at me "i love you" she whispered in my ear making me smile. "I love you too" i whispered back in her ear which made her giggle.

"Ok you two love birds sharing secrets and I'm the third wheeler here" i heard harold say. He pouted and looked at both of us. "Ok come and give us to a hug" candy said.

He smiled and we all three shared a group hug.
