The sky darkened, leaving a grey hue to fill the atmosphere. Rain pouring relentlessly, as the thunder roared while everyone else on board panicked. Usagi took notice of the ship rocking from side to side, looking up to see the ship's sails torn. "Hold on!" He said as he rushed towards the ship's deck, seeing that Gen had a hard time standing up.

Usagi managed to reach Gen, grabbing onto the railing to steady himself. "Are you okay?" he yelled over the sound of the storm. Gen nodded, gripping onto the railing as well. The ship continued to rock violently, and they could hear the creaking of the wooden planks beneath their feet.

They could also hear the anguished screams of the rest of the crew, trying to help each one of them. Yet, to Usagi's horror, he saw them only getting tossed violently off the boat and into the waters below, screaming painfully.

His heart beat increased and his breath grew short. Only being able to take pity on them, and not being able to save those poor crew members when he could. It was like he disrespected his duty as a gokenin, but to his expense, it was just too difficult. As Gen started to notice Usagi's blank stare, he tried to snap him out of it.

"Usagi, we need to act quickly! We have to do something before it's too late!" Gen yelled, trying to get Usagi's attention. Usagi shook his head, trying to clear his mind. "Right, we need to act fast," he replied, looking around the ship for any ideas.

As the two looked, Usagi couldn't help but notice a screech coming from behind. It was Spot, desperately holding onto a barrel, begging for help. "SPOT!" He ran, leaving Gen with a startled expression. He just couldn't bare to see his beloved pet and best buddy suffer like this.

Usagi reached out for Spot, who was now only a few feet away from the ship's edge. As he grabbed hold of him, he felt the weight of the barrel pulling both of them down. Usagi's grip on the railing began to slip, and he could feel himself being dragged towards the edge.

As he grabbed hold of him, he felt the weight of the barrel pulling both of them down. Usagi's grip on the railing began to slip, and he could feel himself being dragged towards the edge.

"Usagi! Over here!" Gen grabbed his wrist and redirected him towards one of the lifeboats, but the rain only made it harder for them to see. The 3 were met at the edge of the ship, as Spot leaped onto Gen's arms onto the lifeboat. But Usagi was feeling hesitant, losing balance as he self consciously looked back, only to find the ship in ruin, as tattered sails swept onto the deck, and the weight of the boat shifted, slowly tipping over.

"Usagi, hurry! The ship's about to go down!" Gen tried to get his attention, but Usagi was too nervous to jump. "I can't see!" he called out as the rain only clouded his vision.
Gen quickly grabbed Usagi's hand and guided him towards the lifeboat. "Trust me, Usagi. We can make it," he said as he tried to help him.

The prince took deep breaths, filled to the brim with anxiety. But he slowly calmed down as the rain had fully stopped, even if the rapids were still rough, and the thunder had not yet ceased.
Usagi thought it was all over, until he yelped when the boat shook, with had lightning struck it. It then caused the ship to set itself ablaze, only making things harder for the both of them. "Oh shit.. uh..it's okay! Don't look down." Said Gen, who was terribly alarmed.

"I'm trying not to! Can't you see that the ship is on fire?!" Usagi complained as he started to slowly slip from the railing, coughing due to the smoke emitting from the fire. But with all the courage he had left,
Usagi then took it upon himself and tried to jump on, only for it to end in a big splash. The splash startled Leo from below the water, only to find that the poor rabbit had jumped directly into the ocean. "USAGI! NO!" Gen exclaimed, seeing that his best buddy had seemingly drowned like the rest of them.

His heart hurt, seeing that he had lost the poor prince, seeing the ship disappear into the horizon. He sighed and continued to row through the stormy seas with Spot in his hands.

Meanwhile, Leo swam towards Usagi, only to see him bubbling his last breaths, slowly closing his eyes. Leo grabbed him, and took him up to breathe. "No! Leo, what are you doing?!" April exclaimed, concerned for his wellbeing.
"The right thing." He continued to swim, much to the her demise. "Get away from him! He can't be trusted!" She muffled, only being left in the currents behind as Leo continued to swim away, looking for a nearby shore to drop him off.

April, however decided she should keep an eye on him.
