The sully family landed their ikrans in the cold icy village early in the morning. The sun had barely risen but the Fyao aymokri people were already hard at work. The first thing that the forest family noticed was that the ice na'vi were taller and more well built than them. The icy beings had grey white skin with faint purple markings. Their hair was silky and white - the colour of clouds. Their tails were longer and had more fluff on the and their clothes were thick and long, protecting them from the harsh temperatures of the ice lands.
Many of the Fyao aymokri clan residents were in the main area of the village doing everyday tasks ; a group of women were skinning a large bear like creature , People were teaching children about their environment and the clan leader; the Olo'eyktan, was helping some young warriors train. As soon as they landed and dismounted their ikrans they were ambushed with warm clothes, so they wouldn't get frostbite and the Olo'eyktan met them inside one of the tall log cabin esque buildings.
Jake Sully made an I see you gesture to the Fyao aymokri Olo'eyktan which was quickly returned.
"What are you doing here, Jake Sully?" Asked the ice na'vi man
"I seek uturu for me and my family." Replied Jake
The tashík (Maia), wife of the Olo'eyktan (kalíme), comes forward and looks skeptical
"You are from the hot, humid forest. There are no trees for miles. It is freezing. Your tails lack fluff. Your skin will stand out against the snow and ice. It will be highly difficult for you to be of any use here." She points out. Stepping forward in a hostile manner, she grips Kiri's hand and raises it in the air
"these children are not even true na'vi! They have demon blood!" She cries.
Jake yells that he was born of the sky people but became na'vi, that you can adapt, that they WILL adapt. Kamíle, having made a decision steps foward and announces "Sully and his family will stay here. My daughters , who will return shortly, will teach them our ways, so they do not suffer the shame of being useless." He then has a young man escort them to a small hut containing no beds but a stack of warm clothes and thick boots for each person, where they can stay.
The family is safe for now, they can only pray that Kamíle and Maia's daughters are nicer and less Judgemental than their mother.
