Tears streamed down her eyes as she drove to the gas station,

But she had to forget it, some way, somehow!

As she arrived at the gas station she headed to the shop and grabbed a drink,

When she got to the check out she noticed a sign on the board.

"All Women Are Equal, Then Some Become Marines"

She soon thought for a while and decided to join the Navy,

She earned her uniform and learned how to be a soldier.

It was tough work but it made her broken memories fade until they were forgotten.

She received more letters from her brother about her dating apps but she just ignored them.

She would burn them up and tell him she was done, she was her own woman and no one was going to control her!

Gemma's eyes fluttered open as the hint of sunlight got through the room,

She could still hear the "no" echoing through her head.

It has just been a year since all the drama has happened but her breaking up with her boyfriend was many years ago.

She sat up and held her head in pain,

At any moment Sarge would come in and to the morning drill.

She soon gets up throws on her camouflaged shirt and zips it up,

"Attention!!!" Sarge yells and every female soldier stands in front of their beds.

Everyone stood still and the room was silent and the only loud voice heard was Sarge's.

"We have a morning drill today at 6 am which is in an hour, We are going to pack up and head back to Ninjago later on but I do have a few assignments for some of you" She says.

As she leaves everyone gets back to what they were doing,

Gemma sighs,

She has been having frequent headaches these days.

She wasn't even sure why,

But she has been having so many dreams.

Some of them were memories and some were just surreal and Gemma just wished it happened.

She gets up and gets ready for the morning drill.

Meanwhile back at the Monestray in Ninjago,

Breakfast was served and the team soon sat down and started stuffing their faces.

"I am still mad from the fact you scared me with a spider, Kai!" Jay complains,

Kai just laughs,

"Wasn't that 5 weeks ago?" Nya questions him.
