TANGING KATAHIMIKAN lamang ang maririnig sa buong klase, Mrs Domingo squinted her eyes looking at all of them, bago magsalita.

"What are the seven waves at the EM spectrum?" 't*ngina recitation agad?' wala manlang 'good morning class?'

Napakamot si Denice sa kanyang ulo dahil wala siyang matandaan sa past lessons nila, dahil busy siya sa intramural ng school, kaya'y di na siya nakapag review.

"Yes Mr. Javier?" Agad siyang napatingin sa likod nang tinawag ang apelido ni Raven, he stood up. "Radio wave, Microwave, Infrared wave, Visible light, Ultraviolet ray, X-ray, Gamma Ray."He recited in order, confidently and without stuttering.

Mrs Domingo smiled with a satisfied look on her saggy old face and complimented him "Very good. Now, Who can tell me who's James Clerk Maxwell?" Denice looked around trying to avoid eye contact with Mrs Domingo, kunwari siya ay naiisip upang di matawag.

Saglit na dumapo ang mga mata niya sa binata sa likod ng klase. "Other hands please." He was already raising his hands while the rest of the class are still thinking about the answer, others are pretending to look at their notes as if namang may naka sulat doon, it's a very stupid stunt but if you're a student trying to avoid getting called for recitation it would feel as if it's a survival stunt.

While everyone was trying their best not to be called by the teacher, Denice is shamelessly admiring how handsome he was.

'Hmm pogi niya' she said looking at him resting her chin to her palm to focus on him even more at the very back of the class.

"Kaya kayong mga kabataan wala naisasagot dahil sa iba iba nakatingin." Agad siyang bumalik sa ulira at tumingin agad sa harap ng sabihin ito ng guro, she smiled at her awkwardly as her cheeks turned red in embarrassment, agad na napatingin sa kanya ang mga kaklase niya at lihim siyang tinawanan.

Inangat niya ang tingin niya sa guro na ngayon ay tila kamatis ang mukha sa inis, and as soon as they made eye contact.....

"Ms, Verdadero, stand!" Agad na binalot ng kaba ang sistema niya nang tawagin siya ng teacher, Kabado siyang tumayo, "Who is James Clerk Maxwell?" The teacher asked, with her intimidating high pitched voice. She bit her lip trying to remember her past lessons.

A few seconds later when she is still thinking about her answer "See this is what you get when you don---'' "James Clerk Maxwell is responsible for the classical theory of electromagnetic radiation, which was the first theory to describe electricity, magnetism and light as different manifestations of the same phenomenon." She said before Mrs Domingo could even finish her words, agad na nagpalakpakan ang mga kaklase niya when she delivered every word correctly and perfectly, 'hah Godzilla sino ka jan!'

The teacher looked like she didn't expect all of that from her, because Denice seemed like a student that won't pay attention in class, she paise for a second,

"Ok, Sit down." She smiled and quickly sat down, feeling satisfied in her system.

"ALAM mo feeling ko pinahiya mo so Godzilla sa ginawa mo kanina." Malakas siyang tumawa nang marinig ang sinabi ni Jane, halos buong section ata nila ay back stabber paagdating kay Mrs Domingo, Grabe daw naman kasi ito mamigay ng activities kahit walang pasok at di nakakapag rest ng mabuti ang section nila pag weekends dahil sa mga iyon.

"well i had to prove her wrong. Huyyyyy English yarn!" Malakas silang naghalakhakan, Denice is like a social butterfly, she's friends with a lot of people and parts of big friend groups, dahil sa pagsali at paagiging captain nya sa volleyball team ay madalas siyang nakakapunta sa ibat ibang lugar at marami siyang nagiging kaibigan dahil doon.
