Meeting New and Old Faces

The group of two Pokemon Trainers, six Louds, two boyfriends, and four machines, continued to make their way through the desert, passing some partially barren trees and bushes. They soon noticed a mountain ahead, with Bobby pointing it out, "Look a mountain."

Lisa points out, "That could be helpful. A higher vantage point should allow Todd's broadcast to reach someone we know."

Todd then said, "Um, how will I get up there? I have wheels for feet."

Lynn pumped her chest with her fists, "I can carry you up there no problem."

Chloe jumped in, "Then let's go."

Just then, Grooky heard some rustling from a nearby small partially dead bush, and he turned to look at it. Goh turned to his Pokemon and asked, "What is it, Grooky? Something in there?"

Emerging from the bush was a weak and wogglingly Bellsprout. Grooky let out a concerned, "Grooky."

Goh then pulled out his Rotom Phone and activated its Pokedex function, which said in its robotic voice, "Bellsprout, the flower Pokemon. A Grass and Poison Type. Bellsprout love high temperatures and humidity. It can be lightning fast when it extends its vines in order to grab something."

Looking down at the weak Bellsprout, Benny commented, "But Bellsprout looks totally exhausted."

Lana added with concern, "Poor little guy."

After that, Grooky rushed over to Bellsprout and began happily throwing his arms around, "Grooky. Grook, groo, groo." He then took out the stick in his head and started tapping it on the ground, "Ky, ky, ky, ky, ky." As he began to tap faster golden brown particles of energy began to emerge from the ground, "Grook, grook, grook, grook. Ky, ky, ky. Grooky! Ky, ky, ky, ky." The energy began to wash over Bellsprout, "Grook, grook, grook, grook. Ky, ky, ky." Bellsprout began to smile and stopped wobbling.

Luan smiled, "Awww. Bellsprout loves it." She then laughed, "I guess you could say Grooky is helping his happiness to sprout. Ha ha ha. Get it?"

While most everyone else groaned, Benny laughed and said, "Good one, Luan."

She turned to him and replied, "Thanks, my beau." Laun then kissed Benny on the cheek, causing him to blush at this.

The others smiled, before turning back to see the now-healed Bellsprout, who happily jumped around with a cheering Grooky. Lana happily stated, "Bellsprouts fine. You're good at that, Grooky."

Goh added, "Yeah. Grooky's powers can help to heal both plants and Grass Type Pokemon when the weather gets too nasty for them."

After that, the two Pokemon turned to the others, with Grooky waving his arms around and saying, "Grooky. Grooky."

Goh asked, "What is it, Grooky?"

"Grook!"

"What? You're friends already?"

Following that, Grooky climbed up to Goh's chest from his left side and reached into the Pokemon Trainer's pocket, pulling out a Pokeball, "Grooky!"

Bellsporut threw up his arms and happily cheered, "Bellsprout! Bellsprout! Bellsprout!"

Goh began to question, "You don't mean-."

Grooky cut him off before he could finish while nodding his head, "Grooky."

Bellsprout also added, "Bellsprout. Bell."

Lana then said, "You can catch it. Awesome!"

Goh took the Pokeball from Grooky and smiled, "Right. Just wait, Grooky."
