She was back with Rajveer. She was in a bad shape when he found her. Her left cheek was swollen and her lip was busted from the corner. She also was in a dire need of her inhaler. Rajveer felt guilty and angry after seeing her condition. Ruhaana was even more guilty as according to her, Naina was like that because of her.

It's been two days and she was still unconscious. On the third day, she showed some moments. Ruhaana immediately informed Rajveer about that so, he hurriedly reached there. He asked...

Rajveer (Sitting near Naina) - Tune doctor ko bulaya, Ruh?

Ruhaana (Nodding her head) - Haa Bhai, aapko call karke bulaane ke baad unhe hi call kiya tha. Vo thodi der me pohochte hi hoge.

Doctor (Entering the room) - Mr. Shekhawat...!!!

Rajveer (Getting up from his place) - Doc, Ruhaana ne bataya ke Naina ki body me moments dekhi hai usne. Please, check her.

Doctor (Nodding her head) - Main dekhti hu. Please, excuse me.

He stepped aside and give her way to check on Naina. After checking her up, she said...

Doctor (With a small smile) - It's a good sign, Mr. Shekhawat. Vo apne aap ko recover karne ki koshish kar rahi hai.

Ruhaana (Worriedly) - But Doc, aapne to pehle bhi Di ko check kara tha na? Tab aapne kaha tha ke Di ko koi serious injury nahi hui hai, to fir ye pichhle do dino se behosh kyu hai?

Doctor (Nodding her head) - Zaroori nahi ke har chot hamesha physical ho. Kabhi-kabhi koi mental trauma ya emotional relapse bhi reason ho sakte hai ek patient ki aisi condition ke liye.

Rajveer was just looking at Naina the whole time during their conversation. He still remembered, that in what condition he had found Naina when he went to rescue her. Her face was blank. She wasn't reacting on anything. Her eyes were void. She was injured and when she saw him, a lone tear fell from her eyes before she fainted in his arms.

Doctor (To Rajveer) - Inke sath kya hua tha? Kya inhone bataya nahi?

Rajveer (Worriedly) - Puchhne ka mauka hi nahi mila. Jaise hi ye mere samne aayi, behosh ho gayi. Aur ab aaj tisra din hai. Mujhe bhi nahi pata ke kya hua hoga. Vo to jab Naina hosh me aayegi, tabhi pata chalega... (Dreadfully) Par mujhe dar hai ke jo bhi hua hoga, vo Naina ke liye bahot hi zyada bhayanak hoga. Varna iski aisi haalat nahi hoti.

Doctor (While petting over his shoulder) - Koi baat nahi. Ise jaha tak ho sakta hai, rest karne dijiye. Mental trauma se ya emotional relapse se ubharna itna aasan nahi hota hai. Agar vo hosh me aati bhi hai, to is incident se related koi baat nahi honi chahiye inke sath... (Pointing at him) It's a must condition for her further wellbeing. Baki aap khud samjhdaar hai.

Khair, main ab chalti hu. Inka dhyan rakhiyega, Mr. Shekhawat. Gusse se nahi par pyaar aur care se. Ye tabhi thik hogi. Physical wounds bhar jayege but mental damage sirf aapke pyaar, attention aur care se hi thik ho payega. Agar aur kuch bhi ho, to mujhe kabhi bhi bula lijiyega. Please, excuse me.

He nodded his head and she left with Aditya. He looked at her suddenly and asked...

Rajveer (Dreading something very bad) - Kahi kisine Naina ke sath...

Ruhaana (Immediately cutting him off) - Nahi Bhai, doc ne pura check up kiya tha Naina Di ka. Aisa, thankfully, kuch bhi nahi hua tha. Haa par shayad... Haath zaroor uthaya hai. Unke ghav to yahi keh rahe hai... (Looking at him) Bhai, kya aapko abhi tak kuch pata chala ke Naina Di ko kon le gya tha?

Rajveer (Taking a deep breath) - Tu uski chinta mat kar, Ruh. Mere aadmi lage hue hai is cheez ke pichhe. Tu bas apna aur... (Looking at Naina in guilt) Naina ka dhyan rakh. Main aata hu.

She just nodded her head sadly but said...

Ruhaana (Looking at Naina with tears) - Kash... Hum Naina Di se kisi alag situation me mile hote, to shayad unke sath ye sab nahi hota... (Looking at him in tears) Bhaiyya, meri wajah se Naina Di ki ye haalat ho gayi hai. Agar meri baat na hoti to Naina Di ko mujhe bachane ke liye itna bada khatra nahi uthana padta...!!!

Rajveer (Cupping her face) - Ruh, aisa mat soch. Agar Naina ki is haalat ka koi zimmedaar hai, to vo main hu. Mujhe shayad kisiko apne itne kareeb aane hi nahi dena chahiye tha. Na main use yaha laata aur na hi uski ye haalat hoti... (Looking at Naina) Maine decide kar liya hai ke... Naina ke thik hote hi, main use kisi safe jagah bhijwa duga. Taaki... Taaki mujhse jude koi bhi log, us tak pohochkar, use takleef na pohocha sake.

Ruhaana (Immediately) - Par Bhai...!!!

Rajveer (Interrupting her in the middle) - Main faisla le chuka hu, Ruh...!!! Tu yahi ruk, main abhi aaya.

She tried to stop him but he left hurriedly. She sat near Naina and held her hand. She was crying silently while looking at Naina. On the other hand, Rajveer reached his office. He called his assistant inside and said...

Rajveer (Without any expressions) - Aditya, ek kaam kar. Kahi bhi humari anonymous property hai ke jiske baare me kisiko pata na ho? Jaise ghar, cafe ya koi restaurant? Mujhe do location chahiye aur dono, ek hi sheher me honi chahiye. Ghar bhi aur cafe ya restaurant bhi. Tere pass do din hai. Uske bare me pata laga aur Naina Singh Ahluwalia ke naam se un properties ke documents ready karva.

Aditya (Nodding his head) - Yes, Sir. Main aapko jald se jald documents taiyyar karvake deta hu. Anything else, Sir?

Rajveer - No. You can leave now.

He nodded his head and left the office. Rajveer sat on his chair feeling defeated and sad. He didn't know what to do with his ill fate. He was just feeling happy two days ago when he finally felt that he found someone for himself. He held his head and a lone tear escaped from his eyes out of helplessness. He was praying only one thing that the girl, whom, he has started to love more than himself, won't hate him because of that incident whenever she wakes up.
