Welcome back my dear reader, and well, it's time for another Kamijirou week! Time to see Kaminari and Jirou again, so let's open the repository and start this anthology, shall we?
For this week, we have 7 prompts, and they will be in this respective order: Snowed In, Pets, Hospital Visit, Insecurities, Phone Call, Sharing Candy, and an AU for the final day hehe.
If you want to hear more about my fics, life and some random stuff, you can find me as @DYP_Lf on twitter. With no more to say, enjoy this new anthology my dear people!
Kaminari once heard that the most beautiful nerves were the ones you felt after seeing that special person. A feeling that, even though it seemed negative at first glance, it felt great to have. An exclusive feeling of love, incomparable to others that a normal person could have and one that was almost hard to describe. That was what he felt when he was with Jirou. And this time was no exception.
Winter had arrived in full force at UA, blanketing the academy grounds with a thick layer of snow and an arctic wind that could turn anyone into a block of ice. The risks of coming down with the flu on the way out were high, so many had stayed inside the dorms drinking hot chocolate or playing video games.
But for Kaminari and Jirou, that wasn't something of an inconvenience if they wore something to protect themselves from the cold. After putting on some coats and scarves, they decided to take a walk around the academy. It was boring to be inside the dorms, and they weren't going to waste such a cool environment as it was outside at the moment. That didn't mean they were going out to unheard of areas of UA, but at least they wanted to have some outdoor freedom before Aizawa called them in for curfew.
Both young men walked while talking nonstop. They laughed with each other's witticism as they mentioned some gossip they had heard from their peers. Even though it had only been two years since they entered and met, it was enough time for their relationship to grow to gigantic levels. A time where Kaminari experienced what it was like to be with a girl like Jirou.
For the blond, that was the best thing that could have happened in his life. Even though she could be teasing with him, she was one of the girls with the most genuine personality and feelings that could have crossed his path. A girl who listened to his every idea, someone who shared many things in common like music, and someone who gave him a unique happiness. And he could feel that the feeling was reciprocal.
Both complemented each other. They both helped each other. They cared for each other. They were there on the good and bad moments. That time was enough for Kaminari to understand how blessed he was to have someone like Jirou.
After a few minutes, both young men decided to sit on one of the benches. At that moment, Kaminari was happy that the two of them were spending time without anyone interrupting them. Just the two of them alone.
"It's time. There's no one around."
It was there that he heard that inner voice again. That damn inner voice that had haunted him for months now.
"You can't keep playing with this. If you're going to die here, let it be after knowing you were able to get all your courage out. Not fail like you always have."
There was only one thing tormenting Kaminari's mind. His feelings of love. Feelings that were highlighted in his head every day.
So great had been their relationship that in the end his heart ended up falling in love with the purple-haired girl. He could have Jirou by his side, but he only had her as a friend. He wanted her to be something more to him, that only he could hold her hand and that he could hug her at every possible opportunity. He wanted her to be his girlfriend.
