Madam Doe ⭐🦌 ✨

They drowned the innocence in wine,

invaded her serenity every time,

muffled cries, a deep ache,

finally,

The darkness was getting her awake.

"I'm fine,"

was what she said,

An elusive yet consoling lie.

All the teary eyes of her mourning hunters,

snapped open after the gruesome crime,

stealers of her kind shine,

Can't even bid their prey a last goodbye.

With a peaceful silence engulfing the soul,

She ceased her misery with a smile.
