Chapter 2

Pierce's POV

My name is Pierce,I'm 17 years old,6'9,long brunette hair that's always in a low ponytail,blue eyes,tanned,I live in a large mansion by a forest in the mountains.My parents are hardly ever home because they have international jobs so there always working in a whole different country,it's nice to have the alone time in a huge house all by myself with no one around,not even any butlers or maids either,just me.

It was around 11:34,it was snowing heavily and everything was either covered in the white powder or in thick ice.It was the middle of winter so it had gotten dark really fast,I had just had some dinner and wanted to go for a walk,I didn't really care if it was cold or not,I just felt like it.So I put my coat,scarf and gloves,made sure all of the lights were off and then went outside for a walk in the deep snow.

I decided to walk around where the frog pond was,it's a nice spot to walk around, and since the snow fall had gotten lighter I could see in front of me just fine.

When I got there the snow had already melted a little so it wasn't too deep,only a few centimetres deep.I looked around and then froze in place when I saw a boy lying on the ground,he looked freezing and soaked,what the hell was he doing there? Why was he there? What happened to him?

I slowly walked over to they boy,he looked around 16 years old,he had black hair with a blue streak through his messy fringe and looked kinda pale,probably because of how cold he was,all he was wearing were a pair of jeans and and a white T-shirt that had been soaked through.I crouched down in front of him and put my fingers on his neck and felt his wrist to make sure he was still alive,I couldn't really hear him breathing,so if he was breathing then he was being extremely subtle about it.After a while I could feel his pulse,he was still alive,good.But I needed to get him somewhere warm and dry before he actually died.

I picked him up bridle style and hurried back to the house,once I got inside I locked the door and carried the boy up to one of the many guest bedrooms.I put him down and took off my coat and accessories,once I had my winter things off I put the shower off and made sure it was nice and warm,I carried the boy into the bathroom and stripped him,I didn't care what he looked like,I just wanted to make sure he didn't die.I put him in the shower and washed him,making sure to keep checking his pulse just incase,after I was finished washing the boy I dried him and dressed him in one of my black,oversized hoodies and some black sweat pants.I laid him down on the bed and wrapped him up in blanket,I made sure the windows were shut and the heaters were on,I checked his pulse again,he was still alive,thank god.

I turned the lights down and closed the door to the bedroom,I then went downstairs and got a coffee,I know it's like 01:15 in the morning but I really wanted some good coffee,I was so tired from bringing that boy back,I just needed a little pick up.

It was 02:03,the snow had stopped now,I had the fire on in the biggest living room,I had finished my coffee and was now reading a book.How very riveting.
