Rowan walked the woods with Harry, Ron and Fang. The Potter boy still held the giant lantern as they all followed the trail of mini spiders, Fang in front of them as it was misty. They all made sure to stay close to each other considering what happened last year.

"Harran, I don't like this." Ron shared his worries, looking up. "Harran, I don't like this at all."

"Shush!" They spoke, making him quiet as they slowly walked over, seeing all the spiders going into a cave like thing under a fallen tree.

"Can we go back now?" Ron asks, pleading almost.

"Come on." Harry encourages, he and his best friend walking forward, crouching down as Ron follow, fear on his face. They were led into a giant place, filled with big trees and roots everywhere. It was all quiet, and definitely scary. They just kept walking, looking around as they tried to follow the trail of spiders, but stopped when they heard a noise.

"Who is it?" An eerie, deep voice spoke. But it didn't sound like the voice in Rowan's head at all.

"Don't panic." Rowan told Ron and Harry.

"Hagrid? Is that you?"

"We're friends of Hagrid's." Rowan informed, hoping it could help. They stepped back when something started to climb up from the ground. And it was a large, very big spider. Rowan swallowed, grabbing onto Harry and Ron's wrists. The spider stared at them. "And you? You're Aragog, aren't you?" She asks.

"Yes. Hagrid has never sent men or women into our hollow before." Aragog said.

"He's in trouble. Up at the school, there have been attacks. They think it's Hagrid. They think he opened the Chamber of Secrets. Like before." Rowan announces, Harry nodding in agreement.

"That's a lie. Hagrid never opened the Chamber of Secrets."

"Then you're not the monster?"

"No. The monster was born in the castle. I came to Hagrid from a distant land in the pocket of a traveler."

"Rowan." Ron squealed out, his voice barely audible as he tugged at her sleeve, but she only shushed him before muttering an apology to him.

"But if you're not the monster, then what did kill that girl 50 years ago?" Rowan questioned.

"We do not speak of it. It is an ancient creature we spiders fear above all others."

"But have you seen it?"

"I never saw any part of the castle but the box in which Hagrid kept me. The girl was discovered in the bathroom. When I was accused, Hagrid brought me here."

"Rowan!" Both Harry and Ron interrupt.

"What?" She snaps, wanting answers, but they were preventing that from happening. They just pointed up, making her head lift to see loads of spiders coming down from webs. Rowan swallowed, looking at Aragog. "Well," She nodded, noticing that Ron and Harry were now gripping onto her. "thank you. We'll just go."

"Go?" Ron nodded with a terrified expression, the same one that never left. "I think not. My sons and daughters do not harm Hagrid on my command." He began, the three stepping backwards. "But I cannot deny them fresh meat when it wanders so willingly into our midst. Goodbye, friend of Hagrid."

"Can we panic now?" Ron begs, looking at Rowan who just shoved him and Harry behind her, even though the spiders were everywhere.

A spider jumped at them, making her quickly turn and face it, her hands holding Harry's and Ron's. Ron held his broken wand in the other hand as Harry took his hand away, grabbing the lantern as he swung it at the spider, making it back up as he hit at another, making it fly back as he dropped the lantern.
