Chapter 7

Lucien woke up hearing crying from the room next to him getting up he looked to his right seeing a note from Ari. 'Going out for the day watch the kid' he rolled his eyes she always did this but nonetheless he loved his son with all of his being as he walked into the room he saw blonde hair pop out from the crib as the crying finally stopped turning into babbling. ¨good mornin da da I go up¨ the blonde kid babbled until he was picked up. ¨bonjour mon petit Pierre¨ (Good morning my little Pierre). He kissed his kids forehead with a smile before walking downstairs sitting Pierre in his highchair giving him his motor toys as he began making food, when he was finished he simply sat a plate onto the highchair trey for Pierre and started eating
Soon after Pierre was finished eating looking at his son he smiled making a phone call cancling all his plans for the day. Today was a day for him and his son so he got up heading to the bathroom giving Pierre a bath and dressing him. He then put Pierre in a pack and play as he showered then getting dressed as well before picking up Pierre grabbing his wallet and a stroller walking downstairs putting Pierre in his car seat.
He drove about 45 minutes before getting out putting Pierre in his stroller walking around the city. He went to small places just to think before he knew it, it was lunch time and he was hungry so Pierre had to be. He walked a bit more before walking into a small cafe he went and sat himself waiting on the waitress. "Mister Lu!" He heard as he was looking at his phone he dropped it only one person called him that. He went to look up when he was engulfed in a hug by a small body. "Mateo what's up big man." He said smiling at Mateo patting his back. "Mateo Ramirez have you lost your mind you can't just run away!" Dante scolded not realizing Lucien was the one he was standing by. "Don't worry it's only me." Lucien spoke up and Dantes eyes widened.
Dante shook his head then turned it slightly at the sight of the stroller. "Dada these people loud." Pierre said making Lucien chuckle. "It's these people are loud and you cant say that when they're right here Pierre." Lucien said smiling at the little boy. "Y-You have a kid?" Dante asked in a hushed tone. Lucien just nodded inviting Dante and Mateo to sit, Mateo didn't hesitate before jumping in the booth next to them. "I talk about them is bad but they talk about me is good not fair." Pierre said pouting crossing his arms. "But he isn't saying bad things." Lucien said shaking his head as Dante sat down. "Not fair!" Pierre said pouting more huffing Lucien ignored his behavior. "Yes Dante I have a kid." Lucien said turning his head to the other man.
Dante slowly nodded "How old?" He asked in a more normal way. "He's 2..." Lucien replied making Dantes eyes widen once again. "You never told me?!" He whisper yelled. "It wasn't a big deal then ba-Dante" Lucien said. "Not a big deal? How in the hell is having a kid not a big deal?!" He asked now mad. "No cussing pay up." Mateo interrupted holding out his hand and Dante sighed giving him a dollar. "We are talking later Lucien." Dante said ending the conversation not wanting to discuss it in front of Mateo. A few minutes later they ordered food ending up having lunch together. He went to help Pierre eat. "No dad i do it." Pierre said confidently making Dante chuckle. "He's smart for his age." Dante states. "Yeah he is, he forms sentences in a way you can understand them even if they're not full but still he's very smart." Lucien said looking at Pierre who was smiling. Lunch continued their past conversation staying in the back of their minds Lucien paid and they went their separate ways their official meeting was later that week.
