~Few Days Later~

Dante sat in an office waiting for Lucien to show up tapping his foot gently. ¨Calm down D, its not that serious.¨ Emillio said placing his hand on his knee. ¨What do you mean not that serious Emillio?!¨ Dante whisper yelled. ¨D, calm it. This is like any other business meeting, got it?¨ Emillio said seriously. ¨Emillio I cant do it I cant he has a kid and a wife im a home wrecker and the funny thing is I dont even feel bad about it.¨ Dante spoke rubbing his head stressed. ¨You love him dont you?¨ Emillio said meaning for it to be a question but it was more like a statement. ¨I dont know about love but I really really like him its been years Em, its been years and I cant get over it, and his kid is a genius and Mateo loves him and I just ugh.¨ Dante replied with a sigh. Just like that the door opened revealing a clearly stressed and tired Lucien and a smaller woman standing next to him 'Must be the wife' Dante thought as he stood up fixing his suit jacket a ping of jealousy in his heart as he reached out his hand to shake her hand. Arielle smiled up at Dante shaking his hand before Dante looked to Lucien to shake his hand as well. Lucien shakes Dantes hand and nods his head slightly before turning to shake Emillios.
Arielle sat down still smiling Lucien next to her a fake smile plastering his face. ¨I thought you had a wife as well Mr.Ramirez.¨ Arielle said a bit confused. ¨Mm I do indeed she is with my brother currently watching him.¨ Dante replied she tilted her head slightly. ¨And then who is this pretty face sitting next to you?" She motioned towards Emillio who grimaced slightly Dante let out a stiff chuckle. ¨Emillio, Emillio Escarra.¨ Emillio spoke nodding slightly. ¨Ahhh Escarra thats a last name you don't hear much.¨ Arielle said turning to Lucien who nodded with a smile. ¨Escarra law firm Ari, big where they're from.¨ Lucien said informing her and Emillio nodded proudly. ¨No wonder people dont mess with you, your boytoy is a badass lawyer.¨ Arielle said making both Emillio and Dante choke dryly. ¨Arielle! That comment is highly unnecessary.¨ Lucien said his voice stern his eyes wide at her bluntness. Emillio chuckled ¨Thats alright its a complement if you will, we arent what you think though.¨ he speaks amused and Dante just shakes his head looking down.
After a bit Arielle stands leading Emillio into another room so Dante and Lucien could discuss business as the door closes Dante lets out a giant sigh. ¨Jesus fuck shes a character.¨ Dante said slouching back running a hand through his hair. Lucien chuckled at the comment nodding slowly leaning against the desk in front of Dante. ¨Business huh?¨ Lucien said after a few minutes of silence. ¨Mmm thats what were here for Lu.¨ Dante said letting out a breath he didnt realize he was holding. ¨We need lawyers D, big time.¨ Lucien pleaded. Dante looked up ¨You have lawyers Lucien.¨ Dante uttered with confusion laced in his voice. ¨They arent good, were losing money and quickly i might add pouring it all into these shitty lawyers I dont know what to do im lost right now, fuck its been years and I'm still out used to it." Lucien spoke sighing running a hand through his hair muttering the last part barely audible. Dantes heart broke at the sight at the other man, the connections and feelings for Lucien still fresh as ever. "You'll be okay, you've got this all under control okay? Ill help in any way but I can only do so much from Spain to France yes the flights are only 2 to 3 hours but still its far I cant do much, love." Dante said standing up to look the other man in the eye seeing him holding back tears he pulled Lucien in for a hug. "I don't know what I'm doing without him I'm barely surviving." Lucien said his voice wavering. After a bit Dante letting Lucien cry into his shoulder soothing him they pulled away. "Ill move here for a bit, its been calm on my side I can set up something down here until you for one get better and everything is manageable,okay? I mean you will have to deal with my sister shes been stepping up since shes 18 now and learning the ropes she has a bit of an attitude to say the least and obviously Mateo wont be a problem he somehow remembers you and adores you.¨ Dante continued to ramble seemingly trying to convince himself that it was a good idea. Lucien looked up at Dante a bit shocked before grabbing his face and crashing their lips together. Dante kissed back before pulling away swiftly. ¨I cant do this again Lu... I just cant.¨ He said looking away from the smaller man before walking out to find Emillio.
