"Why did you do that?"
"Did what?" Soobin avoided eye contact as he took the cheesecake out of the fridge.
"You know exactly what I am talking about.You know she likes him so why would you leave them alone like that?" glared Briar,standing near the microwave as she took out the packet of popcorn before putting another bag in.
The popping of the corn reminded her of the situation.The corns can't escape the bag while popping due to being trapped there and she can't yank all the hair out of Vivre's head to see if she has a brain or not because of Soobin.
"No,she doesn't.She likes me.We are dating so why would she go after Yeonjun?" He replied and the red haired girl rolled her eyes at his words.
This has been going way too long
Can't he notice those longing stares she gives him?
Or how she clings on to him every time?
"You still believe that?Do you really think that she likes you?" She scoffed at her friend's stupidity.
"Of course,she does!Why do you guys think like that?!" Soobin exclaimed,not wanting to hear one more word against his girlfriend.
"It is quite obvious what she is trying to do!She is using you to get to Yeonjun!"
"This is why she told me to not be friends with you!" Briar froze,hearing Soobin's words.
She tried to isolate him?
"That is called isolation,Soob.They get rid of everyone around them so that the only person you can run to is them.I thought you knew better than this!" She exclaimed in frustration.Soobin went silent as he pondered about it.
Is she really trying to do that?
She wouldn't,right?
Soobin sliced the cheesecake into pieces and grabbed the forks silently.
"Are you seriously giving me the silent treatment now?" Briar glared at Soobin,placing the hot popcorn bags into a basket.
"Briar,let's not talk about this anymore" He sighed,running his hands through his soft black hair.
"You are too nice,Soobin." Briar spoke one last time before making her way upstairs with Soobin behind her with the cheesecake.
