Seto's POV

"Agh!" I yelled in frustration after walking inside and slammed my book on the table scaring the heck out of my friend Brice who was sitting at the table drawing.

"Jeez Seto calm down" he said as he looked at me. "I don't want the table to brake." I let out and angry sigh and walk over to the counter to make a cup of tea that usually helps calm me down. "Tough day at work?"

"What do you think Brice.....Everyone wants to get potion the illegal way now" I filled my mug up with boiling water and put the tea bag in it, turning and walking over I sat down in the chair across from Brice. "If this keeps up I'll go out of business in no time..." Brice looked back up at me from his drawing surprised.

"There's no way you, Seto Sorcerer, one of the best potion makers could go out of business." I sighed "Being the best in the business doesn't always mean that people will get your stuff..... You know how the laws changed when getting potions now, you need to have a note from a doctor to get some or have a permit for using them for things other than medical stuff....." "Why don't you just stop asking for that?" I looked up at him with a bit of anger in my eyes.

"NO WAY WILL I STUP TO THAT KIND OF A LOW BRICE!" I yelled at him, I regretted yelling Brice didn't do anything I shouldn't be taking my anger out on him. "B-Brice I'm sorry I shouldn't have-" Brice cut me off before I could say the rest. "It's fine Seto your stressed I know how it can be." He gave me a warm smile. I returned the smile.

"I know a lot of what you're going through Seto I was at a point where I was barely making enough money with my art and I lost the very first house I ever bought too. Things will get better Seto trust me." He smiles one again and set down his sketching pad and got up walking into the living room.

I took a peek at what he was drawing but it only was so far the base outline so I couldn't tell what he was drawing yet. Brice came back into the kitchen with today's newspaper, I gave him a confused look when he handed it to me. When I took the paper he went and sat back down.

"Brice why did you give me the paper?" He chuckled and when back to drawing. "So you can look for a job, you'll need one if you can't make money off of your potions besides, your still behind on the rent" I blushed in embarrassment knowing that I had to keep putting off the rent for the fact I had no money at the moment. "Sorry about that but the problem is that I don't have skills to get a normal job." "Jobs in the newspaper normal only need you to have graduated high school. Anyways I'm going upstairs" I nodded as Brice got up and headed upstairs to finishes drawing. I looked at the paper in my hands and shrugged deciding to look through the newspaper I mean it couldn't hurt besides I did owe it to Brice to pay the rent, he let me live after I got kicked out of my house since I couldn't pay the bills. Brice let me stay here at him home, I told him I would pay rent even though he said I didn't have to but it's the least I can do for him, he is letting me live with him.

I started scanning the newspaper at the help wanted ads, most of them didn't seem bad or hard but the pays was bad, most went from $50 to $80 a week which wouldn't cut it. It was times like these I wish I had been born with magic like my parent's maybe then things would have been better since I could have done magic shows for kids.

Sighing I was about to put down the paper seeing as I couldn't find anything when something caught my eye, I read over it to see if it was like the others.
