"Hey Kai" Mj stepped aside letting Kai enter her apartment. "Hey Mj" they walked in as Kai took off his shoes and Mj walked towards her kitchen to fill up fluffy's water bowl.
She turned around and saw Kai taking things out of a target bag and onto the island.She was surprised when she saw all the snacks and last but least the glitter blue flowers.Mj was never a red or pink rose type of girl she was a blue or black so when she saw them she couldn't believe it.
"Omg Kai these are beautiful thank you so much"
Mj said while swinging her arms around Kai's neck.
"Your welcome ma"
They hugged each other for quite some time. they both kinda didn't want the hug to end but due to Mj still holding the blunt she had to let go. She put the flowers in a vase and took the snacks to her bedroom.Mj didn't realise but Kai went and sat on the couch in the living room.
"Kai why are you sitting down in the living room" " I was waiting for you to come here"
Kai actually knew she wanted him to follow her to her bedroom but didn't wanna overstep.when he realised that they were passing the living room he sat down on the couch.
"I don't even sit in my living room myself come on" Mj said with her hand motioning Kai to come.
Mj was in her bed her music was still playing from before dangerously in love 2 by Beyoncé started playing.kai came into the room taking of his jacket he turned to Mj she motioned where her closet was for him to hang it.He loved her walk in closet he knew she had style but there was so many different clothes he never thought she would wear.

he walked towards her and sat at the end of her bed.
kai what are you doing are you shy or something? mj said while chuckling
"nah i ain't shy just don't want to do anything you would not like me to"kai said slightly laughing
"We'll get in the bed and come chill next to me" mj said while flinging over the covers and patting on the bed.Kai took of his hoodie and joggers so he was just left in her tank top and shorts.
"Your bed is bare comfy, the view is beautiful I don't I would ever leave here" Kai said while looking out the window
"I know right I've barely left my apartment since I've moved here except for the party"
"How long you been in Atlanta for?" Kai originally thought she moved maybe a few months ago
" about 4 weeks now, you smoke" mj asked kai as she lit up another blunt
"only socialy"
"wanna puff?"
"Come on Kai just take like 2 puffs bruv" "Bruv" Kai said mocking Mj's accent
"Stop it, yes bruv here" Mj said while laughing
kai took the blunt from mj hand and took 3 long pulls.She thought he would be dying to cough because he didn't know how to inhale properly but surprisingly he didn't.
they were sitting in slilence just listening to the song ocean eyes by billie elish playing in the background when kai asked mj a question.

"mhm" mj had the blunt in her mouth but she was letting kai know she was listening.
"if you don't mind me asking what happened yesterday you were so happy an i was having such a good time with you" Kai paused not sure if he should of asked so soon
"It's okay Kai, I'm good now ask away"
" say no more i just couldn't believe myself when i saw you beat up kacey, you don't come of as a girl that knows how to fight"
Mj pov -
i knew this conversation was gonna happen but i was just enjoying kai's company even though we weren't talking.
" I have no idea if I should take that as a compliment or a offence" Mj said laughing which made Kai look at her with a serious face
"Sorry I will stop making jokes now.kai don't worry that was not because of the alcohol,i was completely aware of what i was doing.Let just say this i've had anger issues since i was 9 and i don't tolerate disrespect from anyone especially when it's to people i care about. I take care of weird ass behaviour because i don't like bullies.when i was in primary school (elementary school) i was bullied so when i got to secondary (high school) i never wanted to experience it again."
"I understand your a hundred per cent I don't play about my family or close friends either.sorry you had to go through that mj but i'm happy you've told me. Ngl I thought you might of stopped talking to me after yesterday I'm happy you didn't."
mj hugged kai but she didn't know why she just wanted to,while hugging him to hug him properly she had to kinda get on top of him, Kai adjusted himself while mj laid on his chest.
"Thank you for understanding, People always think I'm crazy or some shit"
kai's pov - Mj was laying on me as I started thinking that maybe I should tell her how I feel about her. maybe it's too early. She might feel like i'm trying to play with her.But in the last 2 days i've spent with her she just feels so safe.Looking down at her. I want us to be like this more.I've never really had anytime to focus on girls since i'm always busy with streaming and amp stuff. But i know that mj won't be like my ex and complain that I'm too busy for her.I feel like she will understand.Thats what all these hoes were missing they just want me to spend money on them they don't actually care about me but I feel like Mj will and maybe does already.she definitely will understand my life style.Theres no was she can't especially because she has a bsf that is almost as busy as me.Maybe i should just tell her.
