Monday came sooner than expected, especially for Seonghwa, it meant he had to go home tonight.
And he wasn't happy about that.
Being at Yunho's was much more comfortable; he was treated well, ate enough and was warm enough to sleep properly, without his numb muscles to bother him.
Sometimes -often- he wished he'd never been born into this family.
In a family to which he belonged in name only, even though he'd always found it stupid to be forced to live with people who didn't like him, and whom he didn't like either, just because of a word.
Wouldn't it have been simpler to tell him to go and live with Yunho? Everyone would be happier.
Seonghwa hates his name, because of which everyone can associate him with his family, his alcoholic father is his mother's dark little secret, she's ashamed of her husband, but does nothing to help him with his addiction.
She's never done anything for anyone anyway.
If Seonghwa could be ignored, without anyone knowing who his mother is, his life would be so much better.
Too bad she's a teacher at his own school, his history teacher, just to make sure 'he doesn't ruin her name and her impeccable image'."
When she said this to Seonghwa, the night before he started high school, he simply replied "impeccable my ass" before going off to sleep elsewhere, as he did almost every night, outside, in a store, at a friend's house, anywhere away from this woman.
"Seonghwa, are you listening to me?
The latter realizes that Yunho has been snapping his fingers in front of his face for a while, trying to get his attention to no avail.
"Oh, sorry, I was lost in thought, what were you saying?"
"I was rambling about classes, but now it's because Hongjoong is already here and you might drool, be careful."
Seonghwa starts beating Yunho's ass like crazy, running after him to close the last few meters between them and Hongjoong, but Yunho quickly stops before getting too close to the smaller man, who hasn't noticed them yet.
"Have you even looked at Hongjoong?"
"No, if it's about his ass, then— Holy fucking shit."
Seonghwa's mouth falls open without him even realizing it, but he quickly regains his composure when Yunho elbows him in the ribs, making him grunt in pain.
Hongjoong wears a white and pink sweater half tucked into a white skirt decorated with pink pins, white fishnets with two ribbons at the ankles and white high heels, adding a further ten centimetres to his height.
Needless to say, Seonghwa is speechless, as if he'd seen God himself, and wondered how he'd never noticed Hongjoong before.
He spends year here without even being aware of such a beautiful person, it's almost a crime.
After coming to their senses, the duo step forward and Yunho, like the golden retriever he is, pounces on Hongjoong with a 'hi' far too energetic for a monday morning at 8am.
"Oh hey guys, how was your weekend?"
"It was fun, but too short. It always is. How about you?"
They continue chatting until the bell rings, annoncing the start of an exhausting day of classes.

"I'm sorry Seonghwa Hyung but I hate your mother's classes. From the bottom of my heart. It makes me want to sleep, or jump off the roof."
