The hashiras "Wake up both of you." some odd voice was saying and poking me. I opened my eyes to my hands being tied back and to my right was tanjiro. No zenitsu or inosuke. I was wondering where they were and no nezuko. Did they get her! I sat up to see Tanjiro's eyes open up. I tilted my head not being able to talk. Everything hurts. We then looked at each other before that guy pointed out that we were in the presence of the Hashiras.
The hashiras were specially selected after killing more than 50 demons or killing a member of the twelve kizuki.
There were 9 hashiras in front of them for now. Gyomei Himejima the stone hashira, tengen uzui the sound hashira, kyojuro rengoku the flame hashira, Mitsuri kanroji the love hashira, shinobu kocho the insect hashira, iguro obanai the serpent hashra, muichiro tokito the mist hashira, Kazumi Akio the ghost hashira and giyuu tomioka the water hashira.
I was looking at them before I spotted one of the smaller guys. I tilted my head to see if it was him. By him I mean that hashira who looks really young and very familiar, could be him. "Who are you looking at?" The guy said now that I remember this is a kakushi, they help demon slayers like us by treating our wounds and much more. I only stared blankly at him before lady Kocho told us we were both being put on trial (WHY ME) tanjiro for traveling with a demon and I for helping him try to escape. Then lady Kocho told tanjiro why he had been traveling with a demon but tanjiro couldn't talk his jaw. It was badly injured and gladly she gave him some water with antibiotics in it to help him. It was then the ghost pillar aiko-san spoke up. "Why must someone like him traveling with a demon? Are you related? I see the resemblance to him..?" but then someone spoke up "Who cares why it's a demon? We are talking about it." Some guy in a tree was pointing at him. That guy looked rather interesting. He had a mask of bandage around his mouth and had two different colored eyes just like mine. "She's my younger sister!" "Well well who cares" Some guy came over with nezuko's box. He has a sort of wicked smile on his face. He then pulled out his sword before stabbing the box and chuckling. Tanjiro yelled. I couldn't do anything but watch with wide eyes. He pulled out the sword before the blood started spilling. He thrusted the sword into the box again before Tanjiro started yelling then getting up running at him. He then was about to get hit by the guy before he jumped head butting him. Well shit the guy had blood coming out of his nose
Tomioka started yelling how the master will be here soon. Then the doors to the place in front of us opened up and two girls came out with the master. I bowed down immediately glad my legs were not tied. Tanjiro was pushed immediately to the ground but i couldn't help him, sorry tanjiro.
