Crystal Crown's Curse

While Speed, Lazuli and Crystal were being blinded by the shining light, it eventually stopped. Speed moved his arms from his eyes and he was... amazed and shocked of what he saw.

Sunshine had a crystal crown on her head, it had colors of every Eeveelution on the crown. Sunshine let out a light but painful roar.

After that whole moment, Sunshine looked at Speed and started crying. Sunshine was in constant pain and her eyes couldn't contain the flash. Speed realized and ran up to her. Lazuli did the same, Crystal told Speed and Lazuli that she was going to get the others at the mansion and get help. Lazuli looked at Sunshine and also started crying due to her pain. Speed tried taking off the crown but that didn't work. Lazuli tried slashing it, but that made the pain worse for Sunshine. Sunshine was practically holding onto Speed, she was panting heavily, gasping for air. Lazuli had one last idea. She didn't like it... but it may be the only way.

Lazuli: Maybe we should... knock her out... or make her slowly go unconscious...!

Lazuli knew Speed would most definitely disagree... but he agreed to it.

Speed: But maybe, we should get sev to help. He knows about this crystal stuff, right?

Lazuli shrugged her shoulders as she looked at Sunshine, she's never seen her more in pain than evere before. It made her terrified of what this crystal crown can do to Sunshine.

After Crystal busted down the doors to the mansion, Bolt and Frank was near the front door just talking about the current situation. Once Frank noticed Crystal, he had a calm but suprised demeanor. He'd wondered why Crystal opened the door so aggressively. While he thought about that, Crystal was pacing around the mansion, trying to find Sev. When Bolt tried to talk to Crystal, she pushed him away with a Water Pulse and kept searching for Sev. This suprised Bolt, even Frank was shocked.

Bolt: What's her problem? I'm just trying to help her out...

Frank sighed as he looked outside and walked to a certain direction. Bolt was wondering what he was doing but decided to get everyone as soon as possible.

With Sev, he was sleeping peacefully but had a shivering feeling that Speed, Lazuli, Crystal and Sunshine may not make it back safely... and it'll be all of his fault. He didn't want that, especially since he knew how important family is. He jolt awake and looked around his room and then grabbed his adventure equipment, called his guards and git everyone to come downstairs. However, Bolt did this without Sev realizing. When Sev got downstairs, he saw Crystal run up to him and shake him violently. Sev was confused but when Crystal showed Sunshine, who was in agitated pain, he'd immediately opened his bag and get out a certain orb of sorts. It was empty, but when Sev opened the orb, the crystal crown was slowly removed off Sunshine's head and into the orb, containing the crystal crown.

When Sunshine noticed the crown was off, she laid her head on Speed's lap and allowed herself to cry to sleep on Speed's lap. Speed relaxed her daughter in a calmly fashion. Everyone was glad about this but Sev was... shocked, terrified. He looked back at the orb and back at Sunshine. Everyone was confused, they asked Sev what was going on, he didn't answer. The guards knew the answer to... they didn't answer neither. Speed gave Sunshine to Sylvia to  relax on, he walked up to Sev, got to his height and asked him...

Speed: What's going on? Why are you constantly looking at the orb and then at my daughter? IS SHE STILL... infected...? In a way?

Sev nodded his head and started tearing up.

Sev: I wanted to avoid this predicament as well... but I guess not everything goes your way. Basically, your daughter... is going to be in pain every month.

Speed got more enraged but kept listening to Sev. Sev kept explaining of how this "crystal crown" will affect her and how'd she will act in the near future.

Sev: Basically, kids... well especially kids under 10, if they've gotten special training to control terastalization, or 13, if they never got any special training for terastalization. And since, I can assume Sunshine's is 100% under 13, she's going to gain loads of headaches, migrains, blurry vision, and drunken feelings.

When Speed heard all of this, he fell on his knees and started crying without making a noise. Tears fell out of his eyes, but he thought to himself... "Is there a cure...?" That's when Sev himself mentioned there was a cure to fix this but it was life risking. Everyone got up and said "They'd help in anyway possible." Originally, Speed was honna solo this with Sev but when he saw that everyone wanted to help he felt happy and relieved but...

Speed: Sorry... I don't want you guys to die due to this... plus... I... I...

Speed really didn't know how to explain this. He didn't want everyone to risk their lives over this but everyone seemed determined and didn't care what he said. They wanted t help. They wanted to make Sunshine feel better, so she won't feel this unwanted pain caused by this crystal crown.

Sev looked proud as he looked as his guards and told them to prepare the rides. The guards ran outside quickly, like they were on a time limit... because... they were. Sev didn't tell them there was a time limit for this pain to not just kick in but to kill the child and turn them into a terastalized shards/icebergs. So, Sev rushed everyone to the rides as they all got on.

Sev: Alright guys! First, we gotta find all necessary ingredients. We can find them in Kitakami. I wouldn't say it's a region but... it's a neighboring island to Paldea.

Everyone was excited, determined, focused on one thing. Saving Sunshine from this horrible infected crystal thing. As they rode off, they had forgotten Black and one of the guards behind, he had fell asleep on accident. The guard was making hot chocolate while eating ramen and was distratced, now they were gonna be left behind, without no one even noticing they weren't there. As they reached the Paldean Kitaberry Cruises, Sev immediately booked an cruise to his disposal. Once the cruise was ready, everyone got on and was ready but that's when they almost forgot somebody else again. Airalin had to use the restroom and once she realized she wasn't gonna make it to the cruise, Speed was able to dash his way to her, pick her up and dash her back to the cruise just in time.

Sev: Is that every-
Gai: Hey, where's the emo Umbreon?

Everyone looked at Gai with confusion then realized what he meant. They then realized they forgotten Black and one of the guards behind at the mansion. Sev was supremely stressed about this bit atleast he knew there was a guard there to protect Black.

Sev: I'm sorry we had to rush but we really don't have much time. So, let's cruise to Kitakami and save that precious grace of an Eevee.

Speed was confused on how Sev worded that but he shrugged it off and looked at his sleeping daughter who's in his arms. He dropped a few tears but then he wiped them off, he had a determined face.

He was surely determined to save Sunshine! His beloved daughter whom he loved, "the most."

Sunshine was able to show off her new crystal crown when the shiny crystal went inside of her eyes! That blinded her and caused immense amounts of pain.

Sev was able to get rid of the physical form of this crystal crown from Sunshine! But not it's... infected form of it. Sunshine was able to relax now without being enraged.

Sev explained how the crystal crown is still apart of Sunshine even though he contained it in the orb and how it could cause loads of pain to Sunshine and could kill her.

Sev knew about a cure but it was life risking. Speed wanted to solo this but everyone insisted to helping Speed so Sunshine can live and not die at the young age she is, this caused Speed to be happy and determined.

Everyone was so focused on saving Sunshine that they forgot about Black, who accidentally fell asleep and one of the guards, who was eating ramen and was drinking hot choco.

Sev ordered a cruise to travel to Kitakami so they can find the ingredients to make "the cure" to save Sunshine.

Speed is truly the "DETERMINED ONE."
