I walk out the door and i get the directions on my phone again and i walk to the coffee shop which took probably 30 minutes and again i was first there so i order myself a coffee and i see her .
Tegan : hi
Maggie : hi
She sits down and we look at each other
Maggie : did u get here ok
Tegan: yh yh i got here all good
Maggie: i hope i didn't leave u waiting for to long
Tegan ; no haven't been here to long
Maggie : good...I'm sorry for not showing the other day it...it was a bit to much
Tegan : i get it i was very overwhelmed
Maggie : yh its very overwhelming and a lot

Maggie : was your drive up here ok
Tegan ; stuck in traffic but other then that it was ok
Maggie : good i do appreciate u coming all this way
Tegan ; yh i just wanted some answers and to know why u got in contact with me

Tegan : firstly why was i put up for adoption
Maggie : i was 15 when i fell pregnant so i was very young and scared especially as to what my parents would say . I told your dad i was pregnant and he didn't want anything to do with me or u so he was out the Picture . When i told my parents they were fuming and disappointed in me . But after some time they got there head around it and they said they would help me with what ever i decided. So me my mum and dad had very difficult and serious talks about what i would do and i did choose adoption i wanted u have to a good life and it was something i just wouldn't have been able to give u back then.

Tegan : yes i had a great up brining loveing careing family

Tegan : so my biological dad wasn't invloved at all
Maggie : no as soon as i said i was pregnant he was out completely

Maggie ; if i hadn't of got in contact with u would u have come and found me
Tegan ; i always had questions and i was Curious of course but right now i probably wouldn't have come and found u i think eventually i would of tryed looking . But i am happy that u found me
Maggie ; I'm just happy u answered me back because i wasn't sure if u knew that u were adopted or if u did know but didn't want to anything to do with me

Maggie : when did u find out u were adopted
Tegan: i was 6 they were like we don't want to lie to u but u are adopted but u are our daughter and we are your parents sort thing and we love u .
Maggie ; 6 is young
Tegan ; yh but 6 was a good age for me to know i think i knew what adoption was and all that so .
Maggie ; ok
Tegan : what made u get in contact with me
She looks down and i sit there for a second

Maggie : i have a daughter shes 14 and shes sick

Maggie ; she needs a kidney transplant and no one is a match with her and shes on the list but shes really sick and won't last long .
Tegan : mmm
Maggie : can u please get tested and see if your a match with her
Tegan ; and if I'm a match u want me to give my kidney
Maggie: please i know u owe me nothing but shes my daughter shes my little girl and i can't let her die . I will pay u i will anything
Tegan ; i don't want your money
Maggie : please can u just get tested please i wouldn't be asking if i wasn't desperate .
