Chapter 2: A shocking unvail

Tooth's POV.

"CUPID?" I exclaim as I see her slender self step beside Pitch. She is wearing a dark pink one-piece swimsuit, it looks like. There are heart bombs strapped on two sashes across her outfit, and her blond hair in its usual, long pony-tail.

"It's so nice to see you too," she says as she starts walking towards me. "Cousin." I stare right up into her pink eyes with my own. I glance at Jack and see his eyes widen at the statement, she looks at him to, then back at me. "I see...." she says and backs up. When she is next to Pitch again, he leans down and she whispers something in his ear. He whispers something back, and as if by magic, Cupid's angel wings appear. She picks up Pitch and flys away.

Jack's POV.

"Cousins huh?" I say and walk towards Tooth.

"Crazy right?" She says with her head down. I bend my knees and look her in the face to make her look up, and we both smile. I straighted back up.

"Well, shall we go back to the Pole?" North asks breaking the silence.

"Huh? Oh, yeah." I jump up and start to fly back to the Pole and she does too. "Ya know, I can kinda see the resemblance between you two." I say as we fly.

"What do we have in common?" She asks.

"Well, you both have pink eyes. Thats about it." I say. She giggles."What?"

"Thats such a lot in common." She giggles and I laugh too.

"Well, I did say kinda."

"True, but I promise, we are nothing alike." She assures me.

"I know, she's a bad guy and your a good guy." I say and she nods. At that time, we both arrive at the Pole.

Tooth's POV.

"You guys seriously need to pick a faster way to travel." North says when Jack and I finally get there. Jack shrugs at the comment.

"Jack, we need to talk." Bunny declares and walks away with North. Jack looks back at me and I give him a shrug to tell him I don't know either. Sandy nudges me. I look at him and he puts up a picture of a snowflake and a tooth with a heart. I feel myself blushing and he gives me a HUGE smile. Jack, Bunny, and North come back. I give Jack a questioning look, he just looked at me with a smile.

"Hey, why doesn't everybody stay here tonight?" North asks.

"Sure." I say, everybody agrees aswell.

"Then it's settled, Dingle!" He yells. "Make preperations, we are having company." The elves scramble at the command. "Bunny, Sandy." I barely hear him whisper. He jurks his head and they all walk off.

"So, all your fairies know where to go?" He asks me.

"Yeah, I told them earlier. Have you heard frome Jamie?" I ask.

"Started a snowball fight with him and his friends today." He says and leans back on the couch with his hands behind his head. I see his eyes close and shift towards him a little. He isn't asleep, he's just resting. Guardians don't have to sleep, but we all get tired sometimes. I lay my head on his chest.

Jack's POV.

I feel something warm on my chest and I open an eye. I smile to see Tooth laying her head on my chest with her eyes closed. I drop my arms and pull her closer with the one nearest to her. Her eyes open and we look at eachother for a while. She lays her head back down and closes her eyes. I close mine too and lay my head on top of hers. I fall asleep just when Bunny, Sandy, and North walk back in and smile at us.
